A little treat for us after our marriage. We paid more than we would normally do for the four poster bed and the breakfast served in the room so we hoped it would be everything and more....it was. The location was brilliant and the on site parking was a big bonus. All info about the local attractions was supplied. Fresh milk instead of those horrid little capsules made my day. The bed was superb with quality linen. Air con too! It was perfect

The staff and the owner were exceptionnaly nice to us. We will be very happy to come back at this place for another week-end break in Bath later in this academic year even if this was not in our plans initially.

The room was absolutely lovely. Clean, modern and comfortable. Only a short walk to the Theatre and main shopping areas. Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Whilst my husband loved the 'novelty' of having breakfast served to the room, I felt that the food suffered a little as a result. The eggs were a little overdone by the time they reached us and the toast a touch 'soggy'.

The location was great; close to the centre of town but with car parking available. The staff were friendly and the room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was served in the room and was superb. We didn't need lunch after the cooked breakfast. The room we stayed in was just big enough for all the furniture so felt a little crowded by the time we filled it with shopping bags. It was also very warm but the air conditioning was effective and quiet.

We were made very welcome and were really pleased with our room. The facilities for a relatively small Bed and Breakfast, were excellent, comfortable bed and spacious en-suite bathroom - and it's always a bonus to have fresh milk available for tea and coffee! The Bath House is only a short walk from the centre of Bath and the Royal Crescent. We would certainly book again on a return visit and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Bath House.

Close to restaurants and City center. Breakfasts were well prepared. Food good. Room tastefully decorated and comfortable. Tiago and Andreia were attentive and made sure we were comfortable. An excellent stay. Couldn't fault it and will more than likely stay there again

Room was very clean and well presented. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were very polite and helpful but left you alone unless you needed them. Nice to be only ten minutes walk from the restaurants in Bath. Found the road traffic very noisy at night (we do sleep with a window open) but it would not put us off going back again.

Extremely friendly & welcoming staff. The room was absolutely beautiful with a lovely breakfast served in the comfort of our room. Walking distance to main attractions in Bath & although situated on a busy road it was lovely & quiet. Would thoroughly recommend staying there.

Great Location - 5 mins from the centre of Bath. Super comfy beds, and huge. Nice big windows in the room. Very modern shower facility. Clean. On a main road so if you have a room facing the front of the house it will be extremely noisey all day and all night. Bring Earplugs. Or ask for a room at the back.

Value for money. Good location, walking distance towards the all the attractions. Better than most hotel i've been to. King size bed is a plus point and very modern shower facilities. Lots of varieties for breakfast selection. Highly recommended.

The whole experience was impressive from the moment we arrived. The remote check in was an added bonus allowing check in to be more flexible. The room was well appointed and luxurious with a king size four Poster bed and an amazing bathroom! Following a good nights sleep breakfast was served to our room at the requested time and was delicious (full English). Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the City centre and spa. Free parking was a bonus. The owners were very friendly and welcoming whilst remaing discreet. Will happily recommend to family and friends. We can't wait to return!

“Comfortable clean rooms, peaceful ambience, very customer focussed and competent staff. Breakfast was just as previous visitors have decribed, a good selection to please most people and on a par with upmarket hotels. Car parking although £10 a day for the service is worth it in Bath. Location for city centre walking is excellent.” Michael, Wynyard |
