Very beautiful building .Giles was very welcoming and even allowed us to check in early and gave us information on local bus and cab services .Breakfast was good great coffee too .Giles allowed us to leave the premises at our own lesiure .Would definitely stay again
Clean and good location
Restricted check in!! Nice but very overpriced.
Friendly and helpful proprietor and good food. Ground floor bedrooms which was ideal for less mobile guests.
Located on a busy junction. Limited access to shower cubicle which was not suitable for less mobile or disabled guests
Very friendly people fantastic old building very clean and tidy and a great breakfast !! very very lovely place to stay.
The location was good and the atmosphere relaxed, the owner very helpful
Lovely people but the beds were very hard and the weather was really cold
situation.excellent breakfast, charming and entertaining and helpful owners.
This is a very charming B&B, with lovely décor, great character, and we received a delightful and warm reception from the owners. Situated in a very pretty village, with ample parking, and surrounded by lovely countryside, yet a short drive to Bath, it's an ideal place to stay. The owners, Stephanie and Giles, were so helpful - giving welcome advice on travel routes, suggestions on where to visit, how to get there, etc., - and very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and there was a stylish en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed it and were made to feel very welcome. We would definitely return.
Beautiful place to stay in, it is located in a beautiful small town with two historic beautiful pubs. It's close to bath and other small villages. The accomodation was very comfortable. Giles and Stephanie are very pleasant welcoming host, they are very easy to approach and can offer you advice whenever you need.
shower in the room where we stayed could do with some updating to suit the standard of this B&B. having said that there was nothing wrong with it.
The character/furniture of the room, however aesthetics were overcome by less praticability
The room was by far too noisy. right on the crossroad with no noiseproof windows, too few laydown possibilities
