Decent bar and dining available. Non-intrusive but helpful staff. Not too far from local amenities. Room clean and comfortable. At present, next to a building site but that should change. Hotel ok but Worthing in general appears to be dying on its feet. (maybe the wrong time of year?)

I had a wonderful stay, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was in good order. The location is right by the seafront and a stone throw from worthing town centre. The food is excellent, I will certainly be staying again. Nothing

The staff were friendly but the hotel is opposite a building site. The parking outside is very restricted and means you have to leave your room by 9 am. The room was very tired and worst of all it had a very bad odour to it. The premise were generally unclean, the reception counter was sticky! The whole thing was so bad we left without staying the night. We have asked for a refund that has not been forthcoming.

Staff tried hard, rooms were clean, breakfast area newly refurbished, very nice. "Hotel" part of the Bay was poor, room was very small, no space to hang clothes, or drawer space, bathroom, (Or toilet with a shower added), was tiny, extractor not working. Bar toilets were converted outbuildings, and access after hours was through the passageway leading to toilets.
