The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Our room was gorgeous and the bed was soo comfortable and big. Evening meal was delicious and staff very courteous. Will definatlybe returning The breakfast was very nice but being a vegetarian didnt find it catered for vegetarians very well. I had beans on toast with mushrooms but it would have been nice to have had a full english vegetarian breakfast especially for the price I paid. The evening meal was delicious but found only one vegetarian meal on the menu, it would have been nice to have had a choice.

This is an excellent Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and had one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in (including our own!!!) It is a very quiet location so we had a really good nights sleep. We also liked the idea of being able to park outside your room

we had driven up from London to settle our daughter into Newcastle Uni, so being able to drive back just 20 mins from town, to a relaxing spot in the countryside, was just we needed to drown our sorrows! My husband travels alot abroad and found everything he needed in the room and it was all very clean and very stylish. Will be using again when we visit our daughter. Many thanks.

friendly staff, especially the lady on the reception we had two small children with us and we were woken throughout the night by people shouting in the corridors and banging on doors, this went on until after 3am. not a very restful evening, couldn't wait to get home!

We were meeting up to celebrate four family birthdays and thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you. The service we received was excellent starting off with the receptionist who was very pleasant and informative. We had dinner in your restaurant which was excellent and again, the service was very good. I would not hesitate to stay at your Hotel in the future and will certainly recommend it to all our friends who are interested in visiting Beamish. Thank you again.

We liked the room lay out and the relaxed feel the hotel offered, the food and service were very good, great parking car near room door, staff polite and efficient, At night the hotel was very noisy into the early hours (245am) and then the cleaning staff chatting at 8 am on a sunday rather annoying so not much sleep, this happened on both friday and saturday night so not a one off, the room was very hot on the lower floor and a little dark there is no window to open in the room to allow some air in only full size patio doors which would not be safe to leave open, would stay on first floor if stayed again
