Room 4 was very quiet despite a really rammed pub on a Friday night.
Breakfast:- Greasy/ sticky pub tables Fizzy fruit salad, which was clearly old. Strangely long wait for hot breakfast. Burnt toast. Altogether just on the edge of dire!
The breakfast and the staff
The internet i couldnt get it too difficult
Staff really friendly. Nice pub atmosphere. Good meal, excellent waitress. Comfortable room and good facilities.
very friendly but polite staff. Little touches like real milk in the room!
Please explain about parking when someone books not when they can't get in.
AIR CON DRINK -REAL ALE Breakfast Comfy bed Staff
Grouting/silicon sealant in the bathroom Needs a real spruce up - bit old and tired. Price- could be more competitive.
Good rooms and breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly.
If you have an early night, music & bar noise can be a problem.
Location in centre of Esher. Staff.
Room rather tired and not all that clean.
Eggs benedict were excellent Staff friendly and efficient
Wi-Fi for residents wouldn't work so I used the bar customers' Wi-Fi which was fine Room overlooked the road so was a bit noisy

Staff extremely pleasant and helpful Offroad parking Breakfast included Free wifi Comfortable bed
The website photographer did a great job. Colour scheme in my room various shades of dubious brown. A lack of maintenance and care - peeling up lino on the bathroom floor, lots of marks on the walls, general feel of scruffiness.
A lovely place to stay, lovely rooms which are kept to a high standard and the staff were very friendly, I work in London a lot and I will most definitely book again as I was very impressed with the hotel, so congratulations to everyone involved.....
Excellent value for money and freshly cooked breakfast comparable to 4/5 star hotel. Very clean and comfortable with friendly, helpful staff.
Small point but some of the seating in the garden area could be improved and comfort increased.
Everything very average.Breakfast, when it finally arrived was very good.
Smell of beer as this place was a glorified pub desperately in need of refurbishment. At 135.0 pounds a night over priced but then it was Hampton Court Flower Show Week I wouldn't. Stay again or recommend it
The fresh fruit, fresh milk and bottles of water in the fridge. The breakfast television on in the dining room..
We thought the decor, carpets, etc needed renewing, but to leave the olde world atmosphere of the coach house as it is.
Pub atmosphere and good food selection. We only stayed here because of its closeness to our meeting venue the next morning. Staff overall were welcoming.
Over priced for the quality of room. Dust on some very obvious places was one of the things that stick in my mind, along with a need to tidy up the decor in the bathroom.
Crusty farmhouse bread stale
the Staff are amazing and very, very helpful
Parking a little restricted but understandable due to location
Good location and clean
Breakfast boiled eggs rock hard and could not chew the bacon. Rooms were very dark poor lighting
