The location, a quiet and charming street, at walking distance from the British Museum, the newspaper left every morning next to our door, the cosy furniture in general (except for the lounge maples, very uncomfortable!) Our room (number 1, ground floor) was nice, but too small - just good enough to sleep. The bathroom was rather small too, but nevertheless comfortable and with an excellent ventilation. No problem with cleaning except for the duvet - we had it changed twice (for a stay of 3 nights)!

Good staff. Good location. Nicely fitted and furnished. The original room I was offered was below ground level. The room I actually used was at ground level about ten feet from the pavement (sidewalk), with no net curtains. I think when a room is at ground level or below, this should be stated in the room description. In the small single room I was in, the air conditioning blew down directly onto the bed.

Quiet side street, friendly service, clean. Although the room was large, but in the basement, so it was quite dark - it is advisable to request a room on a higher floor. There was no fridge in the room.

We got an Executive room which was excellent. Everything was really good. We normally stop at The Montague around the corner, but it as become expensive, so we tried booking.com. If we can be certain that we will get the same grade of room for this price, we will use it every time. Nothing, except food expensive.

Very Friendly and efficient staff from the moment we arrived. Rooms are wonderfully designed and the hotel is beautifully presented. Location is excellent, you can walk to Covent Garden in 15 minutes if you don't fancy hopping the tube all the time. We got this hotel on a deal through booking.com so it was great value, other hotels seem to be quite expensive in the area. Not sure it would be worth double what we paid/ that we could have afforded it, but perfect for the price we paid! (110 euro per room per night)

The staff were extremely accomodating and helpful. I had put that it was a birthday weekend on my booking and the receptionist asked about same immediately. The location was perfect far enough away to be quiet for a good night's sleep and very close to all shopping and restaurants. It was raining and it snowed!!

Lovely hotel, stayed here for my 30th birthday. We had our room upgraded to a junior suite. The room was beautifully decorated and very large! Great location, Covent garden only a 15 min walk away. Room service was very nice too. Staff were extremely friendly and very professional. Would stay here again. And would recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel in London :-)
