La cama es muy confortable. Y el personal del hotel es muy simpatico. los pasillos muy estrechos, el aire acondicionado no se puede apagar desde la habitacion, los desayunos son muy caros, las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero confortables. No se puede ver el canal 25, tve internacional, algo que nos causo mucho disgusto. |

La situación, relación calidad precio, el trato del personal. Nos dieron una habitación en el sótano debajo del restaurante y era bastante ruidoso por la mañana cuando se ponía en funcionamiento la cocina, la verdad es que era molesto porque te tenías que despertar a la fuerza. |

Very good location, very polite staff, clean, tea- & coffee-making facilities in room, sky-sports on tv Rather small room, short bed (otherwise it would not be possible to go to bathroom), "designer" shower fittings which make it impossible to direct water where you would most want to and impossible not to get head wet when having a shower, breakfast too expensive to be worth the cost |

location, style, nice staff, fast check in and out, near beautiful garden, clean, room has tea maker, close to british musem. AC was down for all my stay (5 nights and then 3 nights) and each time I report problem they say they are going to check then I knew its all the hotel and it was really hot. short bed (my legs out of the bed even i am 175 cm), small bed, rooms in floors other then ground are leveled by at least 10 degrees (my head was down and my leg was up) that made bad stay. I changed to ground floor and room was very small. no refregrater (I couldn't have cold water) expensive breakfast 17.25 pound each with few choices. they good thing they provided fan. |

Close proximity to covent garden and euston stations Small (short) bed. Very small room! TV remote was missing, therefore TV did not work, also shower needed fixing - but this was repaired whilst we were there. |

The Staff is amazing with good tips and willing to help with everything.Location is great with two metro station near by so you easily can arrive whereever you like The room could be bigger, But this is like in all London. |

Very good location (10 minutes by walk to Covent Garden) and quite street. Very cleaned room. Lovely room. Helpfull staff. Air conditioner noise outside our room's window. |

The staff were very attentive and could not have done more to make us welcome. The room was very clean and spacious and the meal we had was maybe not the best we have ever had but was none the less acceptable. By far the best hotel we have stayed at in London. We would definitely stay here again. |

Ottima localizzazione per le visite al centro della città, ottima anche la tranquillità e la sicurezza della zona, pulizia della camera buona. Personale non eccessivamente preparato ma cortese, il riscaldamento non sono stati capaci di farlo funzionare, manava il telecomando della tv che ci hanno fatto avere sono dopo 24 ore, camera e bagno piccolissimi, spifferi da serramenti vetusti. |

sehr schönes uns sehr geräumiges zimmer die klima-anlage funktioniert auch als heizung. leider hat dies nicht richt funktioniert. es war sehr kalt im zimmer. |

L'hotel est bien situé, légèrement à l'écart des grands axes. La rue n'est pas bruyante la nuit. Les équipement semblent neufs. Le lit n'a pas la taille habituelle : il ne mesure que 180 cm en longueur ! Cela m'a obligé à dormir de travers, heureusement que j'étais seul. Il est aussi dommage d'avoir mis du simple vitrage. Heureusement, la rue n'est pas trop bruyante la nuit. |

Hôtel très bien situé, proche d'Oxfort Street et de Soho. Beaucoup de trajets peuvent se faire à pied, même l'arrivée de St Pancras si vous voyagez par Eurostar. |

Prima hotel, heel compleet. In een rustige straat maar toch in het centrum. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niets is te veel gevraagd! Kamer was niet zo groot maar wel heel mooi gestoffeerd en ingericht. Prima badkamer. Echt een aanrader. Prijs van het ontbijt |

Vraiment c'etait parfait, belle hotel , confortable et tres bien situé.J'avais la chambre 105, coté jardin anglais privé donc pas de bruit.certe le prix est 1 peu elevé mais je vous conseille cet hotel sans aucun probleme. Manque une connection internet. |
