Beauchamp Town House  

We were upgraded to an Executive Room at no extra cost. Room amazing! Great location

Localization, staff, especially Ms. Renata from the reception, executive room was very quiet and nice, located on 3rd floor. We were offered this room (complimentary) during the stay for some reasons, which was really professional and nice. The nearby restaurant at Russel Sq. Is enjoyable for a morning coffee.

Double room was the smallest we have ever stayed in. After putting 2 travel bags on the floor we could hardly move, not mentioning the need to move the luggage before opening the room door, because there was no space. Breakfast was too expensive - as far as I remember 23 Pounds for the continental.

We loved the location, our room was fabulous and the staff were all excellent. We went because we were recommneded and would definately stay there again and recommend this hotel.

Price of breakfast was on the high side.

Just about everything -- bed (although it was a little shorter than we normally sleep in), room, comfortable accomodations, location. It was a great place to stay for our first time in London ... close to the tube and within walking distance of lots of other things.

Don't get room 013 in the basement, room itself was fine, but woken at 6am with the noise from people in the dining room above

Excellent position. Nice design . professional waiters

Some of the staff was very helpful and some professional but very rude. A girl working there (with glasses and short hair. Not british but european) was very helpful and patient. One of the best receptionist I ever met in my travel experience. But another recptionist (a men with glasses, from india or sri lanka don't know), was very professional for sure, but also very rude. No free wi-fi

We loved this hotel! It was quiet and small but still felt luxurious and stylish as you would expect in London. We loved the free upgrade to a junior suite due to it being my husbands birthday!! Thank you very much, we will stay with you again next ti e we are in London x

I liked everything!

The Beauchamp Town House is an ideal hotel in an ideal location. The hotel's staff were very polite and accommodating. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

The room was extremely noisy; thin walls. Impossible to sleep.

Stunning hotel in beautiful location, spent all weekend in London and didn't usethe tube once! Charming lady on reception asked if we were visiting for any occasion, I mentioned it was my birthday and she upgraded us to a Juniour Suite. Our room was enormous and decorated beautifully. The bathroom was gorgeous, facilities second to none and I loved the little touches included such as a coffee table full of this months magazines. I would thoroughly reccommend this fabulous, friendly hotel to anyone and hope to visit again soon!

Easy to find. Good value for money. Decent room. Friendly staff.

They took a long time to find our reservation in their system, around ten minutes. Shower to a while to work out how to operate.
