The staff were very friendly and the room was lovely. Dinner was not available in the evenings, I think this needed to be booked in advance due to the small size of the hotel and the off-peak season. I would definitely recommend the Wreckers Bistro just a short walking distance from the hotel. |

The location was excellent, easy to find. The staff were very professional and friendly and our stay was very relaxing, will defintely stay there again. |

The hotel was fabulous. The room was to the highest standard. The dining area was tranquil, the food was served quickly and piping hot. Although I did not use the spa I asked to be shown round it, it to looked amazing. The staff were very helpful and ready with information re the hotel/spa and the surrounding area of St Austell. Will definitely return and have already recommended to friends. |

No Children,quiet,relaxing Difficult to get to town centre without a car or taking a taxi.review says a view of the bay,you could not see the bay for the trees!! |

Excellent Breakfast,one of the best. We were not too keen on having a curtain instead of a door between the room and bathroom.In general the hotel was very hot,could do with air con. |

We paid £65 for flowers and champagne. You rang us immediately when you knew we wanted this. Then they were not delivered and you refuse to refund this or even give us the common courtesy of a call back now that you have our money. The champagne only was later delivered and this was with much chasing by my sister and was late. You promised to call her 7pm yesterday again you failed do this. Why? |

The friendly and relaxed atmosphere which was just what we needed the staff who all had their own specific responsibilities would also assist in other areas to make your stay easy and it seemed less stressful for them well done |
