Friendly staff. Clean room. Decent size room. Great breakfast.
Bed was appalling. Springs just under the surface digging into body. Not a good night's sleep.
pleasant helpful staff, great breakfast, good entertainment.we will stay there next time we are in Blackpool
Very good breakfast made to feel very welcome enjoyed entertainment as an added bonus very close to amenities enjoined our stay
Friendliness of the staff Value for money Decent breakfast with lots of choice Ideal location within walking distance of the tower. Late bar
Some guests coming down for breakfast in their pyjamas - most off putting. Décor and furnishings, though on the whole clean, were a bit jaded and busy in some areas.
The reception from staff when we arrived. The flexibility and convenient parking arrangements. The very nice staff who showed a keen interest in everyone.
when we first arrived we felt like we had gone home to family the welcome we got was very good nothing was to much trouble the food and service were again excerlent . they even made us tea before we travelled back made us want to stay over thank you Julie and gang for everthing
there was nothing we did no like
Located 5 minutes from the tower. The hotel was spotless from top to bottom with great facilities. Will be back and would highly recommend
Close to amenities.
On arrival the room was cold and there was no heating in the bathroom. There was not enough car parking spaces for the amount of car users. An expected relaxing week end stay was disrupted by an army reunion taking place at the hotel with a very loud disco on both nights of our stay, which went on until nearly midnight, and could be heard in our room.
how clean it was and the breakfast
black glass mugs in bedroom
Great location - we had a view of the tower which was only a 10 minute stroll away. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We didn't expect the Hilton as this is Blackpool!
Our room hadn't been completely prepared for our arrival - The beds had been made but there were no towels, the shower room had not been cleaned, the floor had not been vacuumed, and the tea/coffee supplies had not been replenished. These were rectified by the next day. - we had fresh towels provided every day afterwards. My husband found the shower too small as he is a tall man! He also didn't like the mouldy grout and sealant.
Excellent staff, who go the extra mile for you, prime location
We were within 5 min walk from tower , houndshill shopping centre and shops. Pretty quiet location too , breakfast was gud full english toast , cereal juice etc.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice
The curtain pole was squint. The matress was lumpy. We had one towel between the 2 of us on the second day. The en-suite was cracked and not particularly clean looking. The room had no mirror. No hairdryer.
Handy location, can walk to Winter Gardens etc. Very friendly Staff - and a great breakfast! Car Parking and a Resident's Bar. Great Value for money.
Being able to park my car.
very warm welcome from start to finish . Breakfast was plentiful and very nice, set you up for the day. Staff couldn't do enough for you. will go again.
the staff were very friendly and helpful
the bed I could feel springs through the mattress
staff fantastic really pleasant and helpful breakfast excellent well cooked and quick service with a smile thankyou
room clean but veiw from the window at plaster off the outside walls made it look sad
The breakfast staff maria in particular were great very friendly and helpful, the location was very good a few mins walk to the town and seafront, the beds were ok not like camp beds and there was ample parking for cars in the car park.
The facilities of the rooms were a little tired and they needed updating or the rooms just checking before people check in as we had a broken kettle, towel rail, light and bin. The welcome was a little friendly but we were not finding it easy to talk to them as we tried to get to dinner a few times and did not happen. We did ask about garages and they said just leave your car in the car park and were told if we had booked direct we could have got a better deal with 4th night being a £1 and also could have changed our room as one of our adults did not come so had a bigger room than expected.
Helpful staff, cosy room, good breakfast, great price
The floorboards above us creaked and the guest moved around a lot. It kept us awake.
Decent sized family room with basic but clean facilities within. The games room was a big plus with the kids spending an hour playing pool/darts while my wife and I had a drink or two in the bar. Large bar seating area and dining room. Breakfast was served quickly and was to a very good standard. Reception open 24 hours. Overall very good hotel with more facilities than most and a good sized room for a family of 4. Would certainly book again.
Nothing really. If I was being extra picky, the pillows were very firm and the walls are very thin. Therefore if you do have noisy neighbours you can hear everything, although ours were not luckily.
Made to feel very welcome. Would recommend to any one
Location, free parking, staff, rooms, breakfast.
Our stay at the beech field hotel was lovely staff were friendly and helpfull will definitely be going there again.
There was no entertainment .at the hotel could have done with bingo or quiz nights or something for the evening in the bar area.
