Friendly staff, excellent location for our needs.
Not enough parking for the size of the hotel.
The Food was very good, the room was clean and the staff were excellent. It was great that we could smoke in the room.
The bed was hard would have preferred a softer mattress.
hotel was in a good location room was clean and comfortable breakfast was good when we got served as was no milk and no orange juice refilled up. but was pleased with the stay would recommend to friends and family
breakfast was a bit chaotic young staff was messing around a bit round the kitchen area
Very friendly staff and owners hope too visit again for lights with granddaughter
clean rooms.friendly down to earth staff.Well stocked bar and reasonable prices.Cracking breakfast.Located close enough to walk to all Blackpool has to offer of an evening but far enough away from maddening crowd that no noise at night.Definite revisit.
The shower curtain was last spotted in the film Psycho.
It was a nice family hotel
Room smelled and felt dirty

There is nothing I didn't like really
A very warm welcome, a nice basic but spacious and very clean room.
It was abit noisy outside with a generator or something like that, it wasnt all the time, just now and again. but wouldnt stop us staying there again.
The lovely welsh gentleman who was chatty and gave very good service. The hard working youngsters who served breakfast in the mornings.
The bathroom was dirty not the place you would want to wash or take a shower. The floor had not been moped for quiet some time. There was other peoples hair everywhere.Disgusting!! The beds were sprung and were so uncomfortable.None of us slept very well,as you can imagine all you want is a good nights sleep after walking around Blackpool all day!We also did not appreciate hearing the woman on the front desk slagging off other customers reviews in front of guests. Not good practise when running a buisness.
The staff could not do enough for us..
Rooms were a bit old and dated, and the double bed not very comfortable..
Good location to the town and sea front and only a 10 min tram ride to the Pleasure Beach. Free parking on the premises. Nice breakfast.
The decor was old and tardy, the corridors were very narrow, bed was a bit lopsided and t.he pillows were very uncomfortable. Room was cold and the radiators did not work. No bath only a shower and the sink was tiny. The shower was old and mouldy in places
