Friendly efficient staff, nothing too much trouble. High praise for everyone especially Julie.

We didn't get the beechfield as they said we were only two guests in so they shipped us to the Lawton ,when we booked this hotel ,they take the reservation money so we expect to go to hotel we book,also there were people who stayed at beechfield over the weekend then also shipped to Lawton ,so never again will we will consider the beechfield ,

The Staff were friendly helpfull and very welcoming to all members of 45 Fielding Regt at our reunion and would use this place again for any other events.

For a small Hotel it had a lift which was a pleasant surprise.

the car park is really tight, wouldnt even call it a car park to be honest. Have charged me damages for a room a week later which there was no damage. Will be taking further action as its just a scam to take money

We stayed at the sister hotel, Lawton, and found the hotel very nice. The bar area was very clean and welcoming. The decor was very nicely done in the stairs and corridors. In the room it was nice to have Blinds as well as thick curtains to block out the light. The wet room was a great idea as usualy you get a small shower that you can't move in and water goes every where Nice to be able to park at the hotel

The curtains in the room are in need of sorting out, hooks not all on the rail etc. The wet room was very nicely done out, tiles, clean shower curtain but it was a shem that the ceiling tiles were badly stained and the shower rail was very rusty.

We have stayed here before a couple of times but was very disappointed with our recent stay! We stayed in room 46, the bed was very uncomfortable! We had to leave the shower running for about 10 minutes before we could use it as it was freezing cold and then it was only Luke warm! The shower base wasn't very clean so we showered with our socks on!

we liked the very friendly wellcome we got on arrival from julie and maria. the breakfast we received was very good and the service from keith was excellent. would recommend this hotel and would book this hotel again.

there wasn'T any negatives.

The staff were hrlpf& friendly. The room was clean & spacious; bed linen & towels were changed everyday. As we were leaving earlier than the official breakfast time, we were given the option of having it made for us earlier.

The service was excellent. Parking onsite was also very helpful. Good tv and power shower were nice as well.

the bathroom in our room was damp and moldy, however the bathroom in my fathers room was perfectly fine.

Nothing. It was an awful Hotel. It was dirty. The beds were very old and uncomfortable. The food was the lowest quality. I would have expected to pay under £50 for such a terrible venue. Instead they charged £80+. I would never stay here again. This dump is only good for dirty stag weekends.

I didnt like anything. It was old, dirty, over priced, there was broken glass all over the front porch/step and hundreds of dirty fag ends. When I ask for them to be cleaned up. It took over 3 hours. Then I had to demand that someone did it because we were unpacking the car.

The bedroom decor was rather outdated but this didn't keep us from having a good night's sleep!

I loved everything the staff was lovely and helpful and the room was nice and clean, it had a car park which made it a lot easier.

Staff were there to serve you straight away,breakfasts especially and they tasted yummy. no hassles! enjoyed our stay. noise at night as i have a young kid zero, late nighters minimum, felt safe! sound place. thankyou x
