Close to Pimlico station, very friendly and helpful staff , lovely clean and tidy rooms . free WiFi
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was excellent, great location, clean, modern.
Next time will go for executive room for a bit more space.
Fantastic hotel, staff attentive and courteous, facilities excellent and we received a free upgrade on arriving (from exec to signature). Had a fantastic weekend!
Only thing we didn't like was the noisy closing mechanism on the doors - very loud and occasionally woke us up.
Good location. Clean rooms friendly and helpful staff
The standard rooms are very smali Lack of wardrobe and drawer space a problem
Great price for a London hotel. Fab decor
Small bathroom and wierd position of the mirror (couldn't see to dry my hair)
Easy reach of Victoria coach and train stations Near Pimlico tune station Easy walking to Westminster Bucking ham Palace etc.
What's not to like?
Breakfast is excellent
room size, ultra compact
It was close to Victoria station the ,shops and the Apollo Theatre which was the purpose of our visit .
Breakfast to be included in the price as we paid £160 for the night ,then told the a full English would be an extra £14 . We made the short walk to Frankies and Bennies for breakfast at a reasonable price of £5 each for a full English instead .
Stayed at the Belgrave hotel for two nights. Great location
every aspect of our stay was brilliant thank you we will be back in the new year..ken andsue creed.
Bed too soft. WIFI was not working for first two days.
Good central location.
Very small rooms and a cold shower in the morning.
The location was excellent .24 Bus right outside the door and Victoria Station up the road.
Room was a bit small and no storage for a 7 day stay.
The design and quiet atmosphere
Almost everything. Very good location, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful and kind staff. We arrived a few hours before check-in, but we were able to leave our luggage in the reception for that time. It was very helpful.
1. Creaking floor in our upstairs neighbors' room. It was really annoying to hear each of their step on our ceiling (we have been located on 1st floor). 2. Continental breakfast (£11.50) does not really have wide selection of food. You need to pay extra for anything outside of the table, e.g. scrambled eggs (£3.00).
reception staff were very helpful
Friendly staff nothing two much trouble
Comfort of room, Quietness, Cleanliness, Staff.
Like everything in London, it is not cheap.
The room was beautiful, comfortable, and efficient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location of the hotel was ideal...within easy walking distance of all the major attractions and two tube stations (one being Victoria!). I would definitely stay there again!!
I felt it was just a little pricey. But on the other hand, I understood the implication of its location on the price, so I wasn't put off by it.
As described stay was comfy and good value for money 4 star
Every thing was great the staff were very helpful and friendly spotlessly clean. fantastic central location for all of London bus stop just outside Pimlico Station at bottom of the road Victoria Station a short walk away shops and eating place and pubs all around the Hotel. Will definitely stay there again
Comfortable, clean room. Handy location for tube stations and central London.
