Score from 3611 reviews Very good
Was a tad expensive but hey it's london would def stay again.
Stayed for New Years Eve, very good location for getting to Westminster and tube station literally around the corner
The room was tiny and cold. The temperature control made no difference, and the electric heater provider just cut off after 5 mins. The shower was freezing cold so unable to use.
Clean Friendly & helpful staff Near Victoria
The staff were so accommodating and helped me to organise champagne and chocolates on arrival for my partners birthday. The room was a good size, had a lovely ensuite and was in a perfect location
Only thing I would have liked would be a plug socket next to the bed.
Value for money in London! Good location, close to Victoria, recently refurbished so fresh, clean contempory decor. Hard to find something that offers better value in London!
Free WiFi and Location
Hotel changed credit card policy. Requested to pre authorise credit card (20GBP). This not stated in booking confirmation (only that cc needs to be presented). Despite 5 times in same hotel paying with the same card it took a long discussion before reception stuff accepted a pointless 20gbp cash deposit (full stay paid in advance). Standard room very small. Apparently in the past we were upgraded without knowing it. We will book elsewhere in the future.
Only a minutes-walk from Victoria station. Nice and quiet room, very nice bathroom with window and excellent shower. Even a few german tv-programs. Koffee and tea for free, free wifi in room. Very stylish lobby.
We were expected, our room was available and clean and neat; staff were very helpful and accomodating. Nice safe area, close to tube and other shops, but on a quiet street. some nice views from window of Big Ben etc
Everything about this hotel was amazing - the staff did everything in their power to make your stay as good as possible from before you arrive right through until you leave. They couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were comfortable, clean and looked really amazing. The location was faultless: in a safe area that was central, getting around London was really easy using the tube.
very clean smart and professional organised good free breakfast choices 10 mins from victoria station
air con or something made a bit of noise when trying to sleep
Great location, close to tube, coach & rail links. Spotlessly clean, friendly & efficient staff. Good value for money
Reception staff polite and professional. Reception itself very welcoming The room was lovely and very spacious. Brilliant shower.
The room was lower ground floor so no view and no phone signal but the lovely room made up for it. We would stay again
Good location , within walking distance of all major attractions . Tube rail and bus all close by. Excellent service from a clean modern hotel .
Room size and cleanliness Breakfast menu
Unaware when I booked they did breakfast
Close to Pimlico station, very friendly and helpful staff , lovely clean and tidy rooms . free WiFi
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was excellent, great location, clean, modern.
Next time will go for executive room for a bit more space.
Fantastic hotel, staff attentive and courteous, facilities excellent and we received a free upgrade on arriving (from exec to signature). Had a fantastic weekend!
Only thing we didn't like was the noisy closing mechanism on the doors - very loud and occasionally woke us up.
Good location. Clean rooms friendly and helpful staff
The standard rooms are very smali Lack of wardrobe and drawer space a problem
Great price for a London hotel. Fab decor
Small bathroom and wierd position of the mirror (couldn't see to dry my hair)
Easy reach of Victoria coach and train stations Near Pimlico tune station Easy walking to Westminster Bucking ham Palace etc.
What's not to like?
Breakfast is excellent
room size, ultra compact
It was close to Victoria station the ,shops and the Apollo Theatre which was the purpose of our visit .
Breakfast to be included in the price as we paid £160 for the night ,then told the a full English would be an extra £14 . We made the short walk to Frankies and Bennies for breakfast at a reasonable price of £5 each for a full English instead .
Stayed at the Belgrave hotel for two nights. Great location
