When you choose to stay around Belgravia you would expect a certain standard, comfort and luxury. My stay at this hotel was absolutely dreadful. For a start, the reception was down in the cellar and looked like a broom closet. The credit card machine wasn't working, I had to pay for the room upfront, the room was so small: when you entered you stood right before the bed. Actually the was no need for bed, you could sleep on the floor which was just as soft. I could feel every spring in the mattress. There was no wardrobe apart from a few hooks on the door. The bathroom was so tiny: you can have a shower, go to toilet and wash your hands at the same time and the door could not even be locked. Would you like to stay at such a hotel? I wouldn't! |

Great location if you need to catch a train/flight in the early morning. One night is the most to bear at this place. Not recommended. Not worth a 3 star at all. More a hostel than a hotel. Room and bathroom are extemely small. Window is open before we check in. Black dust is all over our pillow, comforter, sheets. In fact, our bed is right under the big window and no chair or any space to move. |

The close proximity to Victoria rail station. It was at least clean. Breakfast was ok. The staff were polite. I have never stayed in such a small room with an even smaller shower facility. So small that you couldn't open the door area fully - thank god I am small. There was constant talking in the "reception" corridor and with the services area outside my window being used too I felt like I was sharing my room and couldn't open my window as I didn't feel safe or like sharing my privacy. |

What we liked most about our stay at the hotel was when we left. This hotel is rated as a 3 star but in reality it should be a half star. I realize hotel prices in old London are high, but this is hotel is more equivalent to a hostel them a hotel. The only feature that made us feel more comfortable was the staff that was really tried to help...but they knew nothing about the area so we could not use them for advice. Room were very old, small, and worn. |

The location is easily found. The bath room is clear. The price is fair. The volume of the water in the bath room is very little, and the room is very cole. The bath room and toilet are too small, very difficult to turn around. |

location dirty cups in room, mouldy shower cubicle and most disappointing of all was that a camp bed was provided instead of a proper bed and crammed into a single room with no warning and no discount offered. |

The Hotel si located near Victoria Station, which makes it convenient for late arrivals into London. Unfortunately, the hotel was no what I expected and, more importantly, the pictures and the description on your website were misleading. The rooms were small and the facilities were not good (e.g. bathroom). Moreover the hotel staff refused payment by card, although the website states that cards are accepted. |

central location & budget price. terrible facilities. old and falling apart (drawer handle broke off). water heater not working well in middle of winter. room with toilet is pathetically small; suggest better off to book room with common toilet as reckon room might be bigger. floor is not clean and room is very old. |

not far from tube It is really for backpackers - but iis over-priced for that market. The demand for cash when I arrived did not match the web description. There was actually nowhere to hang anything up. My coat had to lie on the bed and my belongings stay in the case! Breakfast was too late (8am). |
