The Belgravia Hotel

Great location if you need to catch a train/flight in the early morning. One night is the most to bear at this place. Not recommended.

Not worth a 3 star at all. More a hostel than a hotel. Room and bathroom are extemely small. Window is open before we check in. Black dust is all over our pillow, comforter, sheets. In fact, our bed is right under the big window and no chair or any space to move.

Bathroom too small and poor breakfast.

The Belgravia Hotel is nearly 25 minutes far away from thames river,big ben,london eye.

Very poor bathroom facilities, shower leaked on to floor. Bed not very comfortable, noise at night from other guests

dirty cups in room, mouldy shower cubicle and most disappointing of all was that a camp bed was provided instead of a proper bed and crammed into a single room with no warning and no discount offered.

It is really for backpackers - but iis over-priced for that market. The demand for cash when I arrived did not match the web description. There was actually nowhere to hang anything up. My coat had to lie on the bed and my belongings stay in the case! Breakfast was too late (8am).

Steep staircases, very small room no space for a chair, even smaller bathroom, dirty, curtains too short for windows, tv that didn't work, No fire drill information, the list goes on . . . could not wait to get out, did not dare try breakfast!!

Not much. The room was very basic, but seemed clean.

The continental breakfast was appaling - we walked out and went down the road to buy something edible. All ingredients were the cheapest kind and to be honest the hotel must have spent a long time researchin where to get such bad foon. The croissants were made of foam rubber, The meat was cat meat. The cheese was the individually wrapped processed cheese only slightly edible when on a burger!

I got a very bad feeling from this hotel - the staff member on duty didn't seem to know of my booking when I arrived and there was much confusion. When he eventually checked and it had come through on his computer I went to pay by card and he was almost demanding I go and get cash but I wanted to pay card but he said "it would cost them 10 Pounds if I paid card". I got a very bad vibe - avoid!!

Proximity to transport facilities.

The description of the hotel on the internet bears no resembelance to the actual hotel. Staff can bearly speak English. The "continental breakfast" was a joke. There appeared to be a plumbing problem as the shower drain could hardly cope. One afternoon there was an incredible stink from the one shared bathroom. Hot water was not always available. Certainly not 3 star!

It was dreadful! The staff could not speak any English and tried to force us to go to the cash point to pay cash rather than credit card - they made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. The room was dirty (though the sheets were clean), no safety checks on electric equipment, smelt of smoke, the en-suite was tiny no hot water and you could not close the door while you went to the toilet small
