They play loud music until very late at weekends - so loud that it was quite intrusive.
Shower didn't work at all at first, and even after that was sorted, I discovered there were holes at the top sprouting water over the glass door and soaking the bathroom floor.
There is a 'kitchen' area with a fridge, a toaster, and a kettle in the bedroom. The 'breakfast' is sent there the previous night, but there was no serviettes or kitchen towels, and I had to mop up spilled orange juice with loo paper.
The room was not cleaned on the first night (which I didn't particularly mind, but was surprised), which meant that the dirty crockery from the breakfast was still left on the 'kitchen' counter when I went back in the evening, and I had to ask the staff to bring next day's breakfast.
Also there was only instant coffee sachets for breakfast. It would have been nice to have some fresh ground coffee.
This is basically a pub with bedrooms upstairs. When I went downstairs to check out in the morning, there was no one to be seen anywhere. Good thing I sorted everything I needed to sort out the night before!
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Evening meal was excellent, although the waiting time was rather long (half an hour).
