Staff were good and so was the food. Bar area and dinning room were nice
Bedrooms were so out dated, bath panels were hanging off and the tiles were 1980s. The bar had a lot of loud customers who drank all day and made a load of noise when they left late at night. Needs a lot of money spending on it!
The fascination of the layout. The map near the market finally solved it - the hotel has bought up other properties and is in the shape of an S
noisy head board
Breakfast was nice. The staff were friendly although when I arrived there was no one about. There was no noise from the bar.
Room was freezing! It was strange as the heat was clearly on in the hallway but not in the room. There was no telephone to contact the reception either.
Food was good value, although limited menu.
Some furniture worn, a little noisy at times.
Location central to Mildenhall. Breakfast feshly cooked and good quality. Given position on main road wasn't as noisy as first expected.
Room was a bit cold - radiator could not be turned, no double glazing and duvet thin. Feel room was overpriced at £70 although not massively. Not straightforward to find the car park.
The bed was so comfortable and the sheets and towels were impeccable. The breakfast was fantastic - super bacon!!!
The decor upstairs was a little tired and in need of some tlc.
Excellent breakfast. Staff attentive and friendly.
Old-fashioned room with elderly beds, which proved uncomfortable. Ghastly bathroom décor! Needs serious updating.
Arrived to piles of sick outside the main entrance, the car park is unlit and at the back of the premises. The inside of the rooms are stale and very dated, there is a mismatch of 70's furniture and wallpaper was hanging off. The bathroom was also 70's and the plumbing sounded like firing range, it was dimly lit with no natural light .... When we left at 7.30 the whole pub was in complete darkness so we left our key on the desk and had to unlock the doors to leave .... Not worth the £90 we paid
The shower in room 18
The hotel was very dated and our room was dirty shower did not work broken window holes in the sheets the tv did not work kept turning its self off. Would never go back again and it was not worth the £144 pounds it cost for the two nights that we stayed and it was for a special occasion.
Very good bar and excellant breakfast.
Very noisy area and outlook not good to much like a public bar not a Hotel reception
Staff member at reception was very friendly and helpful
The room smealt of stale cigarette smoke. The bathroom was old and basic. There was noise from the bar downstairs.
Everything place was a total tip and disgusting!
Centre of town, friendly staff, good breakfast on Sunday. Nice room in the old part of the hotel.
Breakfast not available until 8.30am at the weekend so we had to fend for ourselves before our cycle event that started at 8am.
Excellent breakfast and helpful staff.
Uncomfortable beds and no chair in bedroom. No light near bathroom or dressing table.
Staff were friendly, bedding was changed daily. Breakfast was nice.
Beds were very uncomfortable in all 3 rooms. Showers didn't work properly in any of the rooms. No hair dryers in 2 of the rooms or irons. Needs decorating throughout. Tiles in bathroom falling off. Very hot in our room but couldn't open window because we could hear all the people in the beer garden outside.
Not much. Sorry,breakfast was good.
TV didnt work. Not a one off, stayed there last year, same thing,no signal. Ordered a steak, medium, came after quite a while, well done. No reception to speak of. You wait a while, then get someone from the bar. The noise from outside at night is intolerable, beer garden to blame. Being a small town, local facilities almost non existant. Basically the premises falls between 2 stools. Its a pub trying to be a hotel, and it doesnt work. More staff would help, but basically its fatally flawed.

The staff was friendly and helpfull, the pub has a livley atmosphere, drink prices average, bedding clean, beds fairly comfortable.breakfast excellant.
Decor is drab carpet grubby and the bathroom dated in the room we stayed in.
Accommodating staff Good location
staff and the excellent breakfast
Bar and restaurant on site
Shower very poor and decor of room very tired. It's probably better to consider a travelodge or premier inn
