Super clean , friendly staff ,
Location, view, staff, breakfast. Left phone chargers and owners posted them to me and I received them next day. Thanks to Mal and Collette
Very friendly staff and great gluten free breakfast.
Morecambe.... but hotel was superb.
The room had an excellent view.
The shower was difficult to control.
Loved the location, the rooms, comfy clean bed, good shower, lovely staff, hardworking and friendly. Nothing was a bother, very flexible. Have booked to go back. Great value for money.
All of everything you want from a B&B, I don't normally write reviews unless it's to warn others to stay away or in this case to praise what is on offer, keep it as it is thanks
Nothing to dislike, unless your expectations are greater than a good quality B&B.
Comfortable bed for one night. Good view across to the Lakes district. Good breakfast.
We had to drive into town as it was a long way to walk. Not sure if its in a safe part of town ... area looks a bit run down. Had difficulty finding parking close by as advised not to park in side streets.
We had a room at the top for three people and it was light, bright and spacious. Lovely views and we were able to see one of Morecambe's fantastic sunsets. The owner was welcoming and always available to help. The rest of the staff were great too. Would definitely recommend
Views were magnificent, rooms were very quiet with wifi. Excellent customer service. The owners were very good with the guests. the breakfast was lovely and Morecambe was a home from home. I am a Lancastrian from Birth I was born in 1954 in Liverpool when it was Lancashire. Gods country as I always say. Yorkshire where I live isn't on the same planet when it comes to having fun and enjoyment. We will be coming back to the Berkeley. I esp loved the fete weekend with all the vintage cars and the various groups and dancing and entertainment provided free of charge. wonderful.
We arrived @ the Berkeley guest house to be greeted by a wonderful young lady called Colette, showed us to our room which was beautiful and spotless clean (4 poster room) and had everything we needed in there inc clean towels, the view was gorgeous, the breakfast was lovely and filling and mel even went out of his way to do the beans exactly how I wanted them, ( with fried onion in them) ! The beach is exactly opposite the guest house, which is lovely, the communal living room is gorgeous with sea views, staff were friendly, house was quiet so could get to sleep zzz . All in all a lovely stay , and would defo stay there again ,,, thank you Colette & mel for a lovely stay ...
The weather!!!! It rained most of the time, but luckily our room was so nice x

4 poster bed Sea view Biker friendly
Lack of parking
friendly staff helpful clean tidy
49 steps to the room :)
Clean, tidy, we'll decorated, great rooms, comfortable bed, good TV, good facilities, great great breakfast, peaceful sleep and the most friendly staff.
Not one thing. Every aspect of the stay was perfect.
The staff were excellent and very welcoming.
There is no room for improvement that's why I have rated this hotel excellent.
Clean, freshly painted room with a nice sitting area. Great breakfast and very friendly and obliging hosts and staff.
Narrow stairways to the room. Morecambe was very disappointing as a location.
Friendly staff. Fab location. Quiet and restfull rooms, slept really well. Lovly comfy beds.
Very helpful "deputy" staff. Good breakfast. Despite the several flights of stairs to the room the view from the room was excellent - right across Morecambe Bay. Good local fish and chip shop almost round the corner.
Lack of full curtaining in room - though we understand this would be difficult to fit! Lots of steep stairs to carry luggage up, so we had to prune it down at the car.
Pleasantly surprised. Lovely people and a good breakfast
Very friendly staff - nothing too much trouble Clean and tidy hotel Good breakfast Hassle free stay
Slightly too far to walk to town but there was a bus service just outside
liked everything, staff very welcomeing, spotlessly clean hosts did a great job, breakfast lovely food so fresh and tasty, beds lovely and comfy
there was nothing we didnt like
Top floor with excellent view. Great location surrendered with many takeaways. Rooms is clean so as bathroom. Staff is very friendly. Well cooked breakfast for using quality produce. Wi-Fi provided.
Using the toilet was very awkward, my knee was touching the wall. Bathroom floor is too noisy when walked on it. Wi-Fi coverage was very poor in my room then most of the time I couldn't get any signal at all. They only serve one sausages on traditional English breakfast (they were nice maybe I was too greedy)
Very convenient for coast to coast cycle ride. We had a good look at Morcambe and Erics Pub where food and drink v afordable. Next morning an excellent breakfast sent us on our way to start the 172 miles to Bridlington and the Yorks coast.
The room and the view.
Not being able to park at the B&B.
