One of the best hotels in London!!

Friendly, professional and competent staff. Great location.

Like many in the uk, room was a little small and had no outlook.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. The room, hotel services, the spa and ... simply one of the best in knightsbridge.

The hotel is beautiful,with very helpful and friendly staff and probably the 2 best restaurants in London including Marcus Wareing restaurant which is exceptional .3 minutes walk and you can be in Harrods or Hyde Park amazing!

Location

We were not notified about the renovations in our long hallway rooms. They should have apologized to us in person or at least in a letter. When we complained to the duty manager Mr Waleed ,about the paint smell in the floor and the drilling noise and hammers from early morning( complete workshop) he said that our room was supposed to be out of order!!! Then what? We were not compensated although we paid a huge amount of money to stay. Will never ever stay again

The location is great. The hotel is not too big.

At times very many people waiting in the entrance. With two big chairs that only sit one person each it is a little too crowded.

The Berkeley has a beautiful ambience and is everything you would expect in a London hotel - style, elegant and exceptional service. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. All staff were delightful. I will certainly return to this hotel on my next visit to London.

The Berkeley was very elegant, and sophisticated, with like minded people. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. The room was large by London standards and the old world grandeur was appealing. The bars and restaurants were great and the location so close to Hyde Park, the tube and the best shopping made the trip easier than other hotels I have stayed at before. Great attention to detail and lovely bathroom products etc. Great selection in the mini bar and lots of closet space. Good Wi- Fi access.

It was expensive. The rooms had double glazing but right next to a main road and over a tube line which meant it shook each time a tube went under and there was background noise from the road. This wouldn't be a problem but I had jet lag so was trying to get some peaceful sleep during the day. I was in a non smoking room but the hall ways etc were filled with the smell of smoke which was awful.

I love the location...and the size of the rooms...the staff is lovely and welcoming ...and the room service food is very good...

I was placed in a room on the first floor the night of a wedding and the band and the dj prevented me from sleeping...they moved me to another room the last night but it was on the smoking floor and the whole room and accoutrements smelled of smoke. One day the fire alarm went off in my room, and I panicked...called the front desk and no one seem concerned and told me that it happens now and again. I will not stay there again.
