Nice clean and big rooms, just restored. Good staff. A cozy and luxurious atmosphere. Very good access to shopping centers, dining places and parks.

Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley, with its 2 Michelin stars was too much the taste of 2 star. However, we recommend exceptional fine-dining at Koffmann'S.

Amazing, its wonderful, it is my second review and my second staying, the staff are amazing kasha and lourie thank you so much you both are so lovely the manager is so gentle they are adorable the hotel is so comfi. You feel like home. Really I recommend it, best in london.

The rates is getting higher and higher, and I hate the modern room redesigning, hope they keep the classic and tradetion style, it gives a great feeling that you are in london it has london spirit .

The hotel is fabulous, this was my second stay and everythings was top notch! Service is excellent and everything works smoothly. Thank You!

The wi fi was very poor... No significant speed for video viewing. The room was 'old school', large but not business driven... No plugs for charging near the bed. The bathroom's marble floor was extremely sleek and slipery... The hotel had even had a small sign suggesting that you be extra careful... Really? I dont want to pay a sizeable night's stay and have to be careful when I walk into the bathroom. All in all, it does not suit my needs as a business traveler... This time I did not have a chance to go to the swimming pool, which is very very nice... But a bit small.

It's amazing hotel am so picky high maintenance person my partner is worse berkely is the only place that could ever get over the expectation and i totally enjoyed the luxurian accommodation of the hotel i highly recommend it to every one its no. 1 trust me and for sure i will go back and stay there. By the way i stayed in 3 more 5 stars hotels and none of them reached berkely.

Staff were very good. Service was excellent.

Lack of tea / coffee making facilities in room, where breakfast was not included, made getting up a bit challenging.

Thoroughly lived up to its reputation as one of London's best hotels. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Kauffman's and drinks at the Blue Bar. Highly recommended for a perfect base in London.

Very helpful staff. The rooms were extremely comfortable and were always cleaned immediately when requested.

Service could be slow in the Caramel Bar, but this would not put me off staying at The Berkeley in future

Corridor to our room looked tired and desperately in need of some loving care, however room was great. Very small area with limited seating if waiting to meet somebody at reception.

it's a little bit noisy, i don't know if it's because of the underground. and the bathroom really need an improvement, while i was taking bath, the water just splash everywhere on the floor, because there is no washing-curtain....

At first we were booked interconnected rooms which we wrnt lucky to find , the guest relations has upgraded us to a suit connected with a slight increase of the price. The hotel understood very well our culutuure and beleives and respected it and they have special tratment for kids where it made my boys realy satisfied. I strongly recoMmend it

The prices are a bit high and the hotel must keep refurbrishing the rooms to keep up. And to consider having some sort of loyality scheme .

Хотя в моем бронировании была просьба предоставить номер с хорошим видом из окон, первоначально нас пытались поселить в номере с окнами во двор-колодец. Потом правда быстро переселили в другой, с видом на парк, но хуже по отделке и без отдельного душа в ванной комнате. Стоит учитывать, что номеров с видом во двор-колодец в отеле очень много, поскольку здание представляет собой квадрат, так что риск получить подобный номер достаточно велик, если вы не оговорите это заранее, причем, лучше по телефону непосредственно с отелем, так как пожелания, оставленного на booking.com, очевидно, недостаточно. Сторона с видом на парк самая красивая, но и самая шумная, так как между отелем и парком находится оживленная улица. Самая тихая и, в то же время, красивая сторона - с видом на готический собор.
