Friendly staff Comfortable room TV that works Relaxing restaurant and bar with helpful staff and nice background music and supply of newspapers. Good location with nearby parking.
Shower door couldn't open properly because shower head was in the way.
Restaurants and cafés in area amazing! New and clean room - very spacious - excellent wifi.
Fold out bed for 3rd person quite uncomfortable due to springs. Little far from tube, but buses close.
Handy eatery. Convenient square and events.
The overflowing shower cubicle leaving the bathroom floor very wet. Lack of drawer and cupboard space - no wardrobe?
A 10 minute walk put us on the Tower Bridge, near the Millenium Bridge, and many other attractions. The hotel is on a square with a coffee shop, small grocery and other eateries. Very nice to relax outside at any of these places at end of the day. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly: Isaac the desk clerk, the bar keeper and 2 lady wait staff at the hotel where I had a friendly chat. Thanks for taking the time to visit.
That a Sainsbury is across the square.
It is a bit far to walk to London Bridge Tube station. Otherwise all is good.
Though we stayed for 2 nights only, we enjoyed the stay. Good location and all facilities were excellent. No complaints on service.
Slightly too steep in price for us.
Nice, modern hotel in a reasonable area. Local shops and amenities are good.
A bit far from the tube.
Location is great
There was nothing to fault
Great room and check in staff, very helpful. Didn't use a lot of the facilities but there was a lot on offer. Nice cafes and places to eat nearby.
The location is approximately 10 to 15 minutes walk from the tube
Very pleasant hotel. Great location. Reception could of been more helpful when explaining wifi
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms was lovely
Very comfortable bedrooms. Location really good - although it is 15 mins walk from London Bridge, Bermondsey Street is great and lovely to walk along. A very hotel to stay in if you're going to the O2. A proper working fridge was also very welcome.
The bar was showing the World Cup on tv at 23:00 on the Saturday night. We decided to sit and have a drink and watch the football. However, we were told that we could not pay by cash or card as this facility was shut for the evening. We were told we would have to open up a card (there was confusion around this) and finally we just left it and went upstairs. What bar does not have the ability to accept cash at 23:00 on a Sat night?
We had a great weekend celebrating my husbands birthday and it was made very special with a free upgrade to a suite !! Thank you so much, we would definitely stay here again !!
Was surprised that a few guests were allowed to eat their shop brought curries for breakfast in the lobby which wasn't pleasant smelling first thing in the morning !!
Nice hotel, nice rooms, clean everything all good.
Reception staff abrupt and rude like my booking wasn't important. Restaurant for breakfast was awful, the chef bought me my breakfast, which was cold, while shouting at the staff because he had to deliver my food. Im an executive chef in aus, if I acted like that or served food like that I'd be fired. I'm just glad we didn't choose to eat there for our evening meal.
The hotel staff were helpful and the room was both clean and quiet. The location was excellent - close enough to other areas of interest yet having a more local feel. Good value for money too. I would definitely return.
It was clean
Small space, Staff not super helpful. Overall and OK stay
The staff were welcoming and friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Very clean.
There was nothing to dislike.
The hotel was clean and our bed was comfortable. Staff were polite and help full and our meal was delicious.
Although breakfast was nice it was very expensive.
Bathroom strong smell of damp so don't know if extractor was working and it didn't have bath and if we had room service there was no seating area for meal
Good value for money, staff very friendly and always willing to give advice and directions. Good choice of breakfast menu. Room always cleaned ready for me coming back each night.
I was there for four days and found the walk into London Bridge just slightly too far after about the second day. Average price of a taxi was £10.00 including tip.
Wonderful view of The Shard at night from our window . Awesome
Good location Good restaurant Free wifi Big beds Air con
Had to log in everytime to the the wifi, once should be enough A bit of mildew and wear and tear around the shower
Modern reasonable size shower etc, friendly staff, nice to beable to sit outsidebin the evening to eat.
Would of liked more information on how to find the hotel and public transport available
Being charged for the tea bags in the room
