Not much.... Functional impersonal. Shower was terrible...... No operating instructions all indications had worn off the shower. Only a towel rail for heating a large room with cold tiled floor. No blind at the window. Insufficient water to shower........ scalding hot or freezing cold.

Location, close to station The carpets in the room are not clean, there was no hot water coming in the shower. Surely not worth the money

Value for money and the Staff were excellent. We vist Fort William often and in the past have used the Imperial before it became part of your group. We stopped using a few years ago as it became too expensive and not value for money. Thare were better offers in the area but not as convenient.

Spacious and comfortable room with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly & helpful. Everything was clean. Had some minor problems with the water pressure in the shower (I didn't bother to mention it to the staff, but I assume they would have done something about it). The room (#40) was a bit noisy since it is on the corner of the building and immediately overlooking the main road through town.

The location as it was just off the main street into Fort William. We have stayed at many Best Western hotels and we find them pleasant and good value for money. The mattress in our room (40) on the rhs needs changed. The springs have gone and its not comfortable.

Friendly staff; well located. Noisy fan from Kitchen in room 5 starting half an hour before breakfast began. Basic but fair sized rooms. No drying room - in a moutain area in Scotland you can expect to get wet and need to dry cothes / boots etc!

The room was clean & comfortable The view from room 32 was looking into a dirty fire exit, I understand not all rooms can have a nice view, however, the glass on the window could have been frosted to disguise it.

It was an excellent location to the centre and the rail station(3/4 minute walk) the bar/dining room, reception, and lounge were very good indeed. Although it was not five star it was excellent value for the price we paid. Thank you Best Western and Booking.Com
