Friendly manager, comfortable room; location right for Jacobite rail trip. No lift, access to room very difficult for aging guests. Restaurant staff offhand and not well trained. Car park inadequate. |

The comfort, general decor & cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom & communal areas were excellent. The food at Breakfast was good. I am afraid we were dissapointed with the lack of basic service from staff. The service of the Bar, Restaurant & Reception staff was severly lacking. When we asked for a drink at 2250hrs we were told (by the duty manager) the bar closed at 2300. If we wanted a drink after that time we would have to go into town. |

The service and the view, the luxury bathroom and the friendliness Should not serve unripe melon in the restaurant and ensure the fish is cooked before serving |

Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was comfortable and clean. Food was of a reasonable standard. Facilities lacking for price paid. Poor location within town near bypass and poor outlook. |

Good for walking Didn`t like the wakeup call at 6.30 in the morning when it was not booked, got no appoligies from the staff when mentioned. The bath was dirty around the edge. Food could be alot better. |

Room 2 was superb. Just been renovated and marvellous jacuzzi bath. From the bed you could look at Loch Linnhe and the hills around. Hotel looked in very good condition and stair carpet was being laid whilst we were there. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Would go there again |

The position is good and the new manager is a lively character who hopefully will be successful in uplifting the hotel. The shower was awful. |

The staff were very helpful on arrival when I had to sort out a "compromised" credit card problem prior to checking in. The place was very 'tired' and well below the standard of the other Best Western hotels we stayed in during our Scotland trip. |

The staff were lovely and the dinig room and bar were very welcoming The painters were working beside our room and the floor was messy with the door wide open after they had retired for the evening. This should have been cleaned up and the door closed over. |

The staff tried their best to help especially with internet access Service for food was haphazard both at dinner and breakfast. There were renovations going on in the hotel, so my room was very noisy until about 10.30 at night with drilling and this started at about 7.30 in the morning again. |
