The staff were polite .the hotel is budget but couldnt fault it .would use again. And recommend Shower .if being really picky

bedroom fairly basic,but excellent nea bathroom with shower.Comfortable bed ,room at good temperature.Asked for better reading light and it came right away.All staff were excellent ,efficient and very friendly Would have liked a comfortable chair in bedroom.Better insulation would be an improvement to cut out sounds from other rooms. A residents lounge would have been nive.

Your brochure indicated that newspapers could be ordered at reception but when I tried to order a newspaper they were very reluctant to do so. Eventually the receptionist who was coming in early said she would get my newspaper as her husband had a shop which sold them. The next morning no paper - she forgot. I then cancelled my request and had to go to a shop.. Your brochure needs to be updated.

Very impressed with the attitude of the staff. Special compliments to Dave who gave his time to show my daughter the art of origamy-the napkins. He was brilliant and gave us insight to the history of Kirkcaldy. Plus, the breakfast was of a very high quality, arguably the best we have experienced in a hotel.Will come upto Kinghorn regularly and will have no hesitation in staying here again.Terrific hotel!!!

All the staff I encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my meals very much and can hardly wait 'til my next visit, particularly for the world's best porridge! The sleeping quarters would benefit from a bit of refreshing.
