Good breakfast at very little cost.
Did a lot of work in my room and lighting was always behind the desk. Needed to ask for table lamp.
People coming Back at 130 in morning aloud to bang And crash about without caring about other guests
Value for money Very clean Friendly staff Great breakfast
Nice room for price!
Close to beach also short walk into town
The rain , but that was not your fault.
The hotel was great value for money, good location and clean modern decor throughout. Our room was clean and comfy, and staff were friendly and helpful.
You'll have to live without wifi unless you want to pay, and likewise cooked breakfast is an extra, but as long as you know that in advance its really not a problem
Quite and peaceful
We were travelling with our dog, Dino, who got an extra special welcome at the front desk. Great room, large bay window with side sea view, comfy beds, good sheets & towels, all for a super-budget price. Will definitely stay again, thank you all at The Big Sleep.
Minor repairs needed
The location on the seafront, with a good view from our room.
We paid £35 for a night and had a nice room with a comfortable bed, tv, bath + shower, kettle with coffee and tea and we had sea view. Continental breakfast included (warm drinks, juices, bread, pastries, cereals, fruit). The hotel is located on the sea front and is only a 5 minute walk from the pier and city centre. Good value!
Staff were great. Couldn't do enough to help. Friendly and chatty.
A dog barked until 11.30 despite repeated attempts to quieten it. Somebody was smoking on our floor. Both were reported to reception.
Helpfulness of staff. Very good value.
Bed a bit hard.
The hotel is past its best and needs a refresh - it shouldn't describe itself as "cool and funky" in its now literature. It might have been when the chain (of 3) started in 1999 - nowadays its as cool as "big brother" and is a bit tired looking
basically a nice place to stay
Helpful Staff. Parking arrangements.
Coffe was poor. Not enough milk in bedroom. Disliked Picture in Lounge!
The friendly atmosphere and the very helpful and fantastic staff members
Helpful staff. Great seafront location perfect for attendance at conference at Congress.
Wifi was not free.
Lounge room size comfy bed
Rugs for curtains. Sink blocked sliding bathroom doors lack pricacy. toilet roll hung tp a door ! Yuck. very scarey old lift crashed to floor with a bump. rusty towel rails.
The location is perfect, the hotel is clean and friendly and the breakfasts are good.
The hairdryer was not great
Lovely evening and will definitely come back again, would rate your hotel excellent if the wifi was free!
The view from our window! Was a stair case
Table tennis, nice sea view, nice sized room ( 2 twin beds)
The hotel was very convenient for the Theatres and just a short walk in to town. Very reasonable for the money we paid
Helpful staff. Sea view. Cleanliness. Good breakfast.
Bed a little hard and uncomfortable. Room rather too hot even in January.
The Sea view was an unexpected bonus. Vey near to the Theatres. A reasonably priced room, and pleasant stay.
Hearing the next rooms TV.
