location near seaside, price, breakfast
noisy room-from outside, noisy pipes, noisy lift (operate between 7am till 11pm)
Staff excellent. Sky TV excellent. Room and bed very good.
Children running and shouting from 4am to 8.30 am in hotel,on 2nd floor.I had 4 hours sleep.
lounge area very comfy.
the bed was very hard and squeaky
Our family room was great and ideal for us all. The room layout was perfect and also safe for my newly walking one year old. The beds were very comfortable and the room had all that we needed for our stay.
The carpet in the room was very rough, like a door mat and the children got carpet burns/ grazes on their knees when they fell on it.
The double bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast adequate.
Our room (number 16) was ok but needs a paint job, especially the window sill. Window also needs looking at/repairing. Loads of very hot water (shower tap could be better to ensure water isn't too hot for safety). The Lift is adjacent to Room 16 and the banging of lift doors makes getting off to sleep very difficult.
Breakfasts Furry Curtains Location Friendliness ease of Parking Right on the front
Noisy Guests people using lift late at night - in room by lift shaft
great location with easy parking room perfectly acceptable bed comfortable shower very good breakfast room splendid breakfast very good my sister had a sea view
curtains were grotesque pillow was a bit squashy lifts out of order not ideal if you are old (though I'm not quite!!) THIS FORM IS VERY ANNOYING SINCE I AM NONE OF THE CATEGORIES. I WAS THERE WITH MY SISTER TO VISIT RELATIVES BUT YOU ARE FORCING ME TO CHOOSE SOMETHING ELSE
Nice breakfast, friendly staff, good location, very clean
Hated the furry curtains
Excellent location, free parking, huge family room with comfortable beds
Just one thing, poor quality sausages at breakfast
The location was fab breakfast was nice friendly staff always happy to help will be going back there
The shower and the heavy dusty curtains
A very well run and friendly hotel, decent clean rooms and a good breakfast. Very friendly staff.
Reported the blind as broken in my bathroom, wasn't replaced during my week long stay.
Room, breakfast. Location.
Parking fine when I had bought permits. Noisy students leaving hotel at 3 am
Shower, breakfast, reception, parking, location, room.
Lift was out of order
Nice size rooms and comfortable throughout.
The lift being out of order, I am registered disabled and found it hard to pull the doors of the manual lift.
Loved the location and helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.
The lift was horrendous! It was not easy to get into and very bumpy when arriving at each floor it stopped on.I had just had major surgery and it jolted my whole body each time I had to go in it! The rooms decoration is very dated and the blue fluffy curtains and divan covers need to go.The rooms could definitely benefit from having a small fridge in them as they get so hot and our milk forour tea and coffee went off after one day.
Staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms had character. Had a suite with a freestanding bath made for different experience . Breakfast very good and excellent value. Would certainly stay again and had a sea view also. Had a fun couple of days thank you to all the staff.
One lift out if order and the other was rather old with gates that people didn't close properly but the staff would go up and down and find it to close them for you.
Comfatable bed, great views from our room, nice breakfast layout and choice. Friendly staff.
Noisy lift :-(
Liked every thing really.
Only thing i would say is that it was very hot and window didnt open that far out . But apart from that had a really good time :)
Bit of a trek to town
On ground floor and no safety lock on window so couldn't open on a hot night
location and good matress
had a ground floor very tiny single room, very dirty shower plug and floor, could not take a shower and had to take photos of filth in plug hole.......... did not like the way I was asked to pay 50 pound cash deposit as I wanted tyo make payment in cash for my room, hotel had my bank card détails as well so I paid two depostit
Friendly staff & superb location.
Lift not working lot of stairs to climb.
Excellent position on sea front. TV was HD and worked easily. Tasty breakfast. Perfect for our 2 night stay.
View from window! But since we were not in the room very long it didn't matter.
The room was lovely as described.Good value for money.
One thing only the double plug socket on the floor was very dangerous.
Clean room with basic but adequate facilities
Main lift was out of order and the alternative service lift was quite jerky. Space in the shower room was quite tight.
