Fantastic location - perfect for a girls' shopping weekend and night out. Great rooms - very clean and although quite basic - had everything you need for a night away including a kettle and tea/coffee which was very welcome after a days shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere central for a night on the town. Great value for money. |

Secure car park, fast, friendly & efficient check-in, convenient 24hour bar near reception so service always available. lack of air conditioning in bedroom, however we did stay during a heatwave. |

Price, friendliness and cleanliness. Central position. Easy booking. It was good to have on site parking but it was very cramped. On a hot night a/c would have been nice but even the ventilator fan in the room did not seem to be effective. |

The welcome on arrival is always important and this was nicely done - the same chap later served us drinks in the bar and was friendly and informative. Next morning he was helping with breakfast and was polite. You don't always expect these jobs to be done by the same person, and I found it refreshing that he was a) doing these jobs and b) doing them all so well!! I liked the contemporary design - almost like sleeping in Ikea! And I thought the concept was successful - innovative and yet so simple. It works well done! |

It is very much like being inside an IKEA showroom in terms of the furniture style - but that said the hotel had all the facilities you'd expect from a 'normal' budget hotel. Everything was very clean & worked well. Staff very efficient, & nice continental breakfast. Paying £5.00 for car parking, but understand why they do this. |

I thought the hotel was very clean, although pretty basic, ideally situated for our weekend in Cheltenham. Bit noisy at night though. Getting out by 10.30 am Sunday morning, and being charged extra for changing our booking from twin to double. |

Staff very helpful. Carried our bag up three floors as lift was out of order. Lift was out of order. Very noisy outside all night, room hot and windows needed to be open. Parking difficult. Breakfast was a free for all, eggs ran out. |
