Cancellation
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Groups
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Any client wishing to book 6 rooms or more throughout the year will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non transferable.

Very very clean, everything you need catered for ie. hairdryer, fridge in room, safety deposit box, ironing facilities. Couldn't find any fault with the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. Convenient for the shops and Town Hall where we attended a concert. |

Breakfast was a nightmare - disorganised and complete chaos. The room was too small to seat all the guests with people pulling chairs up to the window sills to use as tables. The staff couldn't keep up with the demand for cutlery, crockery and juice/milk/breakfast items. For the low price paid for the room I wouldn't expect 5* standard but this should have and could easily have been much better. |

We liked the convenience of the hotel to the town centre and the efficiency of the staff, and we liked the idea of ironing boards, and irons situated on the floors. The car parking charges we did not like so we moved the car out which then became an inconvenience to us. there is nothing in reception regarding the charge the only thing we noticed was a A4 sized poster on one of the pillars in the carpark. you have not clearly shown the charge on your web page. |

It was spacious, clean and close to the town centre. Staff were helful and breakfast was great. On the website and in the Big Sleep leaflet I received when I got my key card, it stated that there were in house movies also in on the wall in bedroom was a sign suggesting this. But when I rang reception I was told the hotel had stopped supplying this to guests. The correct information should have been advertised regarding this. Also I would have liked a mini fridge in the room. |

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was a great location - really central but still quiet. The room was really hot (even with the windows open) and there was also a faint smell of cigarette smoke - this may be to do with the 'carpet like' curtains! |

I liked their modern design. The quiet and warm atmosphere. Their friendly staff. The breakfast was good too. They tried to have a variety of different food. There is just one. Next time if I require somebody to wake me at 5:30 a.m. they have to do that. |
