The room. Perfect.

The staff, they seem confused with the car parking, and made us feel uneasy about leaving my car even though we paid for parking, very difficult to communicate with.

The Bingham was well-situated, welcoming and very friendly and accommodating.

Couldn't get any signal for tv/ Internet.

No hot water on arrival. As we were attending a party, we had wanted to freshen up. Room far too small for the money paid. Room was uncomfortably warm even when the heating was turned down. Could overhear chef shouting and swearing at kitchen staff during breakfast

excellent service

Modern appealing decor within a wonderful old building. I loved creaking down windy corridors to get to the room instead of along some bland expansive thoroughfare. Spent the night for my husbands 40th and it was just ideal.

Only problem was our spa bath (which we had not used) springing to life at 3.30 am, sounding rather like a hurricane at that hour. I would presume this to be a one off so you should be safe?!

Beautiful setting and good location. We stayed at the hotel because we were visiting friends in Kew and we used to live in Richmond so thought stay somewhere nice was a bit of a treat. Staff very friendly and helpful

We paid £205 for a tiny room, which could only just be classed as a double. This included paying £10 for parking and an additional £11 each for breakfast.( Which I only realised was extra once I'd booked. Because it was at the top of the building it was very hot without air conditioning but too cold with ( because the room was. So tiny) didn't get asked if we wanted a turn down service but got one anyway. Don't like the idea that someone was in our room while we wee put personally so would have been nice to have been asked!

Very good hotel in a great location in Richmond overlooking the river. Very relaxing - service very good also.

It is expensive so there are cheaper options.

The friendly helpful staff, the way the room was presented originally and also the attention to detail. We came back from a long day at the Olympics and we came back to a clean room with music playing and lights dipped, perfect for being in a relaxed mood. Great service - I will be back again

There is no lift.

The decor and ddesign of the place is exquisite.

It is a little pricey - breakfast should be included.

Fantastic location, nice room, comfy bed, quiet.

Shame we had a riverside room but no view.

Lovely position, the room was a little small, and too hot , we had asked on the booking for a river view, but we didn't get one .

No lift and we were right at the top

Staff were very helpful, they upgraded us to a larger room at the back of the hotel as we had asked for a quiet room and front facing rooms were on a busy main road. Lovely bar, stylish rooms.

Would be far too noisy in a room facing the road. Bathroom was very small.

Excellent restaurant and bar area with old manor house feel. Lovely view onto the river Thames. Simple but stylish decor.

Nothing major. It's a good hotel. Corridors a little cramped and a little too much noise carried into the room

The room decor was very tasteful. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive.
