    1. The welcome. 2. Our room - Number6 - a lovely room at the top of the house. 3. The options available at breakfast - the scrambled eggs were superb. 4. The helpful staff.

Located in a great small town. Funky old building with LOW ceilings and wonky floors/walls.

Wifi not working in Room 4. Worst breakfast of our two week vacation. Very small bathroom. Just didn't get a good vibe here.

Good for sight seeing in Oxford Friendly and helpful staff.

Property had no lounge or evening meals. Parking O.K. at the moment but will be difficult when they enforce time restrictions

The bottled water in the room as well as a good selection for tea, fruit tea and coffee. The breakfast was very good - instead of a full English I has scrambled egg, smoked salmon and granary toast. Absolutely delicious!

Location was very good, a short walk to Blenheim Palace. The Blenheim buttery served excellent food as a good price. Woodstock was very pretty and quaint.

The shower in our room took ages to warm up, when it did it was too hot almost scalding.

Nice B & B right in the middle of Woodstock and close to lots of places to eat. Good wi-fi. Reasonable prices for Woodstock which is generally very expensive. Remember it is just a B&B and not a hotel and you will be fine!

Nothing especially, although you should note there are no staff on duty from evening to the following morning, just an emergeny number to call if you have a problem. You will be given an electronic key fob to get back in if you go out. You will probably hear the other residents as they come and go due to the layout of the rooms.

décor, cleanliness, breakfast all were great. The best thing though were the brilliant staff. The village was beautiful and the pubs were amazing.

we weren't there for as long as we would have liked.

We arrived in the afternoon and expected to move the car but were advised at once that parking was free on street. Very easy check in and help with our case to the room. Everything was very clean and comfortable and could not have been better. We were advised that they did not serve evening meals but gave us great advice on where to go. Breakfast excellent. Choice of cereals, fresh fruit and juices. Lovely cooked breakfast and extra coffee if require. Easy check out. All in all and brilliant stay

    Bathroom rather small.

The inn is right in the lovely town of Woodstock. Blenheim Palace is an easy walk away. The S3 bus to Oxford comes every half hour. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day stay. The Blenheim Buttery was a good value, had free wifi in the room and free English breakfast. We would stay there again!

    The room was rather small.

We chose this B&B as we were going to the Blenheim Palace Flower Show. It was convenient for the Blenheim and some excellent restaurants. Very comfortable and good breakfast.
