Great spot great staff, great place to stay when visit in Liverpool highly recommend it

Great apartment, warm and comfortable. Excellent location close to Echo arena and city centre. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Ensuite shower practically over the sink making showering very difficult. However, more than adequate shower in the main bathroom.

Me and my partner loved everything. From the moment we arrived the staff at the check in were very welcoming and polite and very helpful. The apartment was much much better than we had expected was very spacious and clean with excellent facilities and excellent views of the docks. We will always be using the block apartments again for future visits to Liverpool. And I would highly recommend anyone wishing to visit Liverpool to stay at the block apartments.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to most places of interest.

More basic than I had imagined. We got a bit of verbal abusive from some guys with local accents staying on top floor of apartment block.

The block is situated in a lovely area. Our apartment had views of Mersey River on three sides, well lighted and modern decor. The apartment had everything we needed starting from pots and pans, dishwasher, dishwasher tablet, microwave, fridge freezer. Spotless cleaning, clean towel, linens. Can't fault the inside in any way.

The lift broke down while we were there and wasn't fixed during our stay. We had to go up the stairs with my 3 year old daughter and elderly parents. TV stopped working after the first night and despite our reporting it didn't get sorted. Parking is also quite expensive

this was are second time we stayed here an ill be staying a lot more .we live in liverpool we come ere for chill out time .i would recommend it to anyone.

Bed wasn't very comfortable and room too light early hours of morning. Darker blinds required

The hotel lobby is not visible to tourist and the entrance to the rooms are far away from the lobby. The car park is very far away, on which the parking is not free, the hotel claimed that there is discount but when we exit the car we did not get any discount.

The building site outside. The noise potential with the long coridors and no staff on after 9. We were disturbed in the early hours by people runiing down the corridors. Would definitely avoid at weekends! Also finding the entrance and the security access were rather confusing.

the location and value for money as I booked during an 'offer' period. Location was top notch.

the pictures do make it look far more luxurious and bigger than it actually is. I wouldn't say it is worth full price. The dble sofa bed in the living room is very small.

Cold shower in ensuite room

The location was excellent and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 adults.

Not so much didn't like but slightly annoying. When we arrived we were checked into a dirty room to which we were immediately moved. Also we booked two double rooms. One turned out to be a twin room. Other than that lovely place.

Liverpool is a wonderful city with so many attractions The staff did their best to respond to my concerns on my arrival.

A fee was charged every time we left the car park. I would advise prospective gueste to read the online information before booking. You cannot rely on a water view unless specially requested, The 'fully fitted ' kitchen was seriously lacking in equipment three teaspoons, Two bowls and two plates And three glasses (not matching ) for drinks. Very poor quality cutlery Poor quality towels No bathroom tissues Noisy corridors mediocre location with large container lorries paked outside

Everything the apartments were lovely great location withing walking distance to everything the staff were really nice and friendly and were very helpfull i would definitely stay there again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great city break away

Liked the locality, it was quiet yet close to the city centre and all attractions easily walkable. Good view from apartment. Warm with easily controllable heating.

Corridor was cold. I do think we were lucky with our location within the building, as there were several 'hen' party groups therefore had the potential to be noisy depending on where you were positioned. The bathroom had no heating therefore was on the chilly side. Hot water only provided enough for 1 bath, there was an electric shower, so really not a problem, just a bit disappointing.

Ease of parking and access to the City. Check in was easy and quick. Space inside apartment.

We could have done with a few more kitchen utensils, crockery. The toilets were too high. If this was for disability access, it made no sense as step up into ensuite;due ledge, height and no rail, access to bath quite hazardous. Plug in bath was broken so used all hot water trying to fill it.

Location Staff - very helpful Liverpudlians

Obviously newly opened with some hickups, took them 3 days to fix the tv remote and Internet access, but the staff Anthony on the front desk and Jo in housekeeping went out of their way to get it sorted. No information in the room about either the facilities or the highlights of Liverpool No laundry facilities which for an apartment complex is pretty poor
