the last two people with a spoke in the reception
we had a lot of problem during three nights cold in the room and the bathroom freeze for a entire night wooden windows of the room vibrated for the wind leaving us not sleep, low maintenance on the first night, opening a box I dropped a piece of paper, which has remained the next day, after cleaning ... and finally we required the alarm and we did not wake up !!!
always enjoy our stays.
bath plug took 10mins. to drain after a shower. window sill rotting.,just an observation.
Excellent location for Dominion Theatre & Oxford Street. Good service & friendly staff.
Staff attention to detail. Quality of room and bed.
Hotel staff were very welcoming on reception and the general common parts of the hotel are nice Edwardian Style. The room and sheets were clean.
Room was way to hot and noisy from the room upstairs creek, creek, bang, creek....The bed leant to the middle and felt small for a queen size. I don't understand a bath with no taps though? Strange! Had to fill it from running the shower
very nice overall quality, nice location, nice staff
distinctive humming noises from fan and/or minibar in rooms could be revised, creaking from floor and closet
Lovely stay, welcoming staff always happy to help
Every thing I stayed at this hotel 2 times before.. staff and location are great.
The room was smaller than my previous visits although it's the same what I have booked there before.
My Daughter and I stayed at the Bloomsbury for my 'special' Birthday weekend, staff were so helpful, evening dinner and breakfast were equally excellent, room and bed were cosy and comfortable. Thank you.
Enjoyed everything, couldn't fault it.
Up market hotel with matching high level of service
Excellent location and staff
Superior room right next to lift not what you would have expected
A quality hotel which is very comfortable and well maintained, welcoming staff who are attentive and very well trained. Excellent position.
Nothing to dislike
Staff very welcoming and friendly. Great facilities. Great location
Pillows too soft.
So close to Oxford Street, theatres and tube station. Staff were great, room was spacious for a central London hotel, restaurant and bar excellent. Very good value.
Desk light went on the blink - tiny problem.
Everything. The staff in particular were a credit to the training they must have received. Totally professional and helpful. The Underground is 2 minutes away, as was the Theatre we visited. Cosy bar, and the bar staff were so friendly and efficient. We upgraded to the 7th floor, so it was very quiet all the time
Not much. expensive, but that's life in London
Brilliant location, Felt welcomed, Room was spacious, Bathroom was nice, Bed was comfy
No proper view, Slight staining to the coverlet.
bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was very good value, pleasant ambiance and surroundings.
bathroom sink seemed rather blocked and took a long time to drain away. we experienced this on our last stay at this hotel also!
The staff was always smiling and very helpfull. The cleaning was very good and they clean the room twice a day if we wanted. The complimentery coffee and biscuits in the room. It was close to theatre, entertainment and shopping.
The bed was really hard. Differcult to get a full good night sleep. It must be thin walls in the hotel, because we could hear everything from the nearby rooms. Like talking, tv and toiletvisits. We missed being able to open the window for som fresh air.
Excellent hotel, friendly, helpful staff, good food, we would go back again tomorrow
Bedroom a little small but very comfortable, shower over the bath with shower screen not ideal.
for a superior room I felt the price didn't reflect the size, in other words I was expecting a larger room.
Staff were genuinely helpful and welcoming, room was great - i would come again and again
Having stayed at the Bloomsbury before, we knew what to expect. In fact, we plan to use it as our base any time we stay in central London. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and we just love the feel of the hotel. The facilities are excellent and the rooms well equipped with comfortable beds.
Nicest hotel I have stayed in. Staff so lovely and helpful. Room upgraded to suite which was divine.
