Being so near the heart of London's theatreland
Delay in being able to go to our room although we arrived at 4.15 in the afternoon! Clanking of scaffolding or such like for ages after midnight! Lift out of order and other one very elderly!
everything is 5 star, and you feel great staying there, although my husband and myself must look a bit rough to be there as one of the members of staff did ask if we were guests and what our room number was. apart from that it was a great experiance
the breakfast is very pricey
The area, lively, many restaurants but hotel located in quiet street Cosy atmosphere
Staff is impersonal, if not unfriendly. Small room, but that is London...
Room supposed to be 18 m2, but was not even 15 m2, bathroom around 2 m2. Hardly any daylight or fresh air: window was very small with a view to another room window. Sagging mattress.
Great location for the West End and Oxford Street, very smart, but comfortable. Lovely friendly staff, spacious comfortable room. Interesting breakfast menu, beautifully cooked food.
The staff were very attentive and the hotel was clean and very accomodating
Very quiet rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, nice bathroom toiletries and nice tea and coffee provided. Pleasant staff and good location.
Small boutique hotel with personalised service. Staff friendly. Stylish interiors.Very comfortable rooms. Close to the theatre district
Arrived at 12:00 and room was available. Friendly service. Good set of toiletries. Offered us bottled water for our return journey.
The staff were very attentive - if you needed anything, they were always available to help and were more than happy to assist. The best customer service I've had in London!!
Not one thing!
Location was excellent, Friendly staff, Room facility's were good.
Pillows were too big, Shower was not quite powerful enough.
Stylish Comfortable In a great central location Polite and helpful staff Great atmosphere
Location is perfect. Was expecting that superior room would be a bit larger but it eventually was ok after one hot used to it. Good air con in the room. Nice afternoon tea and great staff.
In check in we were told that room is not yet ready but should be in couple of minutes and the reception will send us e-mail when it is ready. We waited for half an hour - no e-mail. And when asked again from the reception, it had been indeed ready for some 15 minutes. Don't go to the e-mail trick but ask them to bring the keys to the sofas as soon as the room is ready. Half an hour is not that big time to wait, but got annoyed after long trip. However as a compliment we got one drink ticket, which whe had no time to use though. So not that big harm.
The location especially. Good food. Rooms lovely decor
Price of room bit high Stained bed cover Breakfast price bit high
See a mouse
Friendly staff allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. Easy location. Nespresso coffee machine. Breakfast great, eventually.
Room small. Was only a Standard but photos deceptive, lots of mirrors! They managed to forget a breakfast order, then told us it would be such a long wait we may as well not bother...before bringing to us anyway! All very charming but they needed to listen more. A small gripe, positives far outweigh this.
fantastic personalised service for a special drinks event in the bar, couldn't fault service, professionalism and warmth
bedroom lighting too dim
Central location. Good staff. Good breakfast.
The main view from the windows is the back of other buildings at a distance of a few meters. No cupboards for unpacking. On complaining was given another room with a few drawers and straw boxes more suitable for cats than clothes.
We were obligated to pay an additional amount for our second breakfast although we told them at check in that we were not eating it in the hotel.
Location; professionalism of front of house staff; room amenities were really good.
For what you get, breakfast is over-priced. Service was really slow, presentation was average, and food of average quality.
We liked the building, the staff, the comfort, the service , the food and the location
Could not fix the mini bar in five days, did not work k;0(
Hotel staff was amazing and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Location great.
Room was small
Excellent location, well appointed comfortable rooms, attentive and responsive staff
