Extreme friendly staff Hotel perfectly located for a sightseeing trip. Rooms are clean and well equipped
Bar in the basement.
Room was nice and spacious. Staff we're friendly. Bar area was nice. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again.
Only enough milk and sugar for 1 drink in the room. Also only 1 little shower gel for 2 people.
The staff were extremely friendly and more than happy to help The hotel also gave a card and cake as the trip was for a birthday, would visit again!
The hotel was beautiful (and smelled lovely!). Great location for our trip.
Good location, pleasant staff, clean hotel. Our room was a good size
Location was perfect for sightseeing, shopping or a show...and in a safe area. Easy access to airport and underground. Room amenities were great & bed very comfortable. Good sized room. Breakfast was organised and very good. Whole hotel was extremely clean. Staff were all very pleasant, helpful and accommodating.
Location Staff Room
The room was reasonably big for London. Very quiet and clean.
The mattress was very used and you sank in on it.
Check in staff very friendly.
It would be good if a room is checked before being given to a new guest. Television was not working Room was hot in the night
Beautiful lobby, comfortable immaculate accommodations, friendly helpful staff. Quiet and close to tube station. Wouldn't hestitate to stay again.
Breakfast too pricey, but typical for this quality of hotel.
Very Freindly excellent hotel I've never been called Sir so many times In 2 days
Nothing....but if I had to pic on one thing at breakfast my table had crumbs on the seat and floor....otherwise everything was perfect and excellent and I will Come back
Staff were faultless.
Bed sagging in middle. Reading light not working.
Location is great, wifi is very good.
Stairs of front door...and a little expensive though..
Location, friendliness, room lay out and fixtures
This was our Second time at the Bloomsbury and once Again the staff Could not have been more Accommodating!! We asked To Change The arrangements For both our friends and for is and this was done with grace and understanding, thank you Louise! We hope to ce Back for Christmas.
No pegs In bathroom For wet Robes And towels...
The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Rooms are a good size and the hotel is centrally located and within a very short walking distance of the tube station.
Being so near the heart of London's theatreland
Delay in being able to go to our room although we arrived at 4.15 in the afternoon! Clanking of scaffolding or such like for ages after midnight! Lift out of order and other one very elderly!
everything is 5 star, and you feel great staying there, although my husband and myself must look a bit rough to be there as one of the members of staff did ask if we were guests and what our room number was. apart from that it was a great experiance
the breakfast is very pricey
The area, lively, many restaurants but hotel located in quiet street Cosy atmosphere
Staff is impersonal, if not unfriendly. Small room, but that is London...
Room supposed to be 18 m2, but was not even 15 m2, bathroom around 2 m2. Hardly any daylight or fresh air: window was very small with a view to another room window. Sagging mattress.
Great location for the West End and Oxford Street, very smart, but comfortable. Lovely friendly staff, spacious comfortable room. Interesting breakfast menu, beautifully cooked food.
The staff were very attentive and the hotel was clean and very accomodating
Very quiet rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, nice bathroom toiletries and nice tea and coffee provided. Pleasant staff and good location.
Small boutique hotel with personalised service. Staff friendly. Stylish interiors.Very comfortable rooms. Close to the theatre district
Staff pleasant. Well lit room. Large bath. Towels plush. Close to British Museum.
Construction of the massive Cross Rail has torn up and disrupted the neighborhood. I would avoid staying in the immediate Tottenham Court Rd area until complete. Other quibbles: the shower sprays all over the floor unless you use the handheld attachment. Breakfast is £22!! No breakfast is worth $37 USD.
