The staff were very helpful and caring. Everyone seemed to be able to assist at several different tasks. Food was excellent and service very good. The proximity to the park and ride was brilliant to avoid irritation about driving around and parking in Bath.
Failure of key cards was annoying having to return downstairs to get card reissued. Happened to others too. Hopefully they will get this sorted out. Otherwise no problems
Park and Ride Bus stop into the centre of Bath, 2 minutes walk away. Food and service was excellent. Next to a river and trees - great location.
Air conditioning (or generator) noise outside our bedroom window all night. Room 9.
All of it really staff were very nice and helpful room was lovely.
Ideal position by riverbank on outskirt of Bath. Nice room overlooking river. Good pub food. Excellent breakfast. Positioned adjacent to park and ride for Bath centre.
Great place to stay, fantastic food and the breakfast was fantastic as well, can't wait for the next trip.
HOTEL ROOMS LOCATION STAFF
EVERYWHERE SEEMED RATHER COLD APART FROM OUT ROOM
Clean room and all the facilities you need - good TV, shower etc - lovely breakfast - handy that it's right next to the park and ride yet you wouldn't know it once you're there - a lovely outlook over the river while you have breakfast
Breakfast was great.
Liked the location and interior! Having water in rooms was good and view out into river good
Thought the breakfast could've been better, didn't get extra toast, only toast that came on the plate with order- had to ask for another piece! We seemed to get the scrag end of breakfast as we were last ones down! Meal itself however was nice!
Very dissapointed with the breakfast. No fresh fruit, also ordered cooked breakfast and 2 pieces of toast were put on the same plate, no toast rack, no side plates or butter knives. The tea and coffee wasn't very hot.
We loved the location. Our waiter on Friday evening was brilliant a real asset to you. The food was very good also our breakfast.
The length of time we had to wait for our breakfast the poor waitress did her best but there was obviously a problem in the kitchen, however when it arrived it was very good. The room for three did not have enough cups, glasses, etc
It's close to lots of interesting places but especially nice to come back to after a day touring . Good food lovely outlook close to public. Transport
Lovely reception when arrived. Room was large with very lovely bed and balcony overlooking the river. We didn't stay for dinner but had the breakfast which was lovely! Overall very nice stay!
Good location lovely view of river and very near park and ride also nice room and good breakfast
Nothing to dislike
bus right outside the boathouse. nice location next to the river. good food and staff.
Hotel was perfect, room number two. Room was exceptionally clean, bed was huge! Bathroom spotless. Sunset on the balcony was wonderful, waking up to views across the river was priceless!
Staff! Attitude from one woman was appalling! All you need is one person to spoil the whole experience! Breakfast was a let down, 9am three other couples so room wasn't busy. One woman serving, so had to wait our turn to be served. Tried to enjoy English breakfast but had to ask for salt, then sauce, then butter. Each time this woman returned to the kitchen to collect the items. By the time we started it was nearly cold, and OVER COOKED! Such a let down!!!
Comfortable bedroom. Excellent breakfast on first two days . We would stay here again .
Poor breakfast and service on third day. it is possible that the service is not consistent.
I liked that there was a regular park and ride stop outside The Boathouse into the city centre. Having a restaurant was convenient when you didn't want to go out again.
balcony river view park and ride next to it food
nothing to dislike

Nothing to dislike
Nice spacious rooms, excellent food, friendly staff, good parking, close to park and ride bus into bath.
mould on silicone in bathroom, dettol mould and mildew remover would come in handy.
The setting was lovely, so much more could of been achieved with this place
Shabby, floors needed cleaning, tables sticky, brass panels on doors filthy. No idea of laying a table - no side plates for toast, in fact no butter served, breakfast half cooked greasy slop in a dish, dreadful in all - had to ask for everything, served by a girl in jeans and a tea shirt.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and the food was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and if we could guarantee a larger room we would definitely visit the hotel again.
We had a very small room, the carpet had a hole in it the walls were scuffed and it was noisy from the bar below until close to midnight
The decor, the food and the setting
The hard pillows, the lack of a hand-held shower and lack of shelves in the bathroom
All departments were excellent!
Nothing to make mention of.
