I did not like or dislike anything in the Hotel it was a budget Hotel, we were there as all the places we chose were booked up, our fault for not realising what a popular place Derbyshire is, there is nothing wrong with the Hotel its just not the sort of place we would normally stay, they were a very nice couple.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and the breakfast was really good. Shower water temperature kept changing from too hot to too cold, otherwise everything was great.

The hotel was basic but gave good value for money.Plenty of hot water, good food, clean, warm rooms, free parking and all members of staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. The landlord even offered to carry the wifes baggage! We will be booking again in the summer.

They were very friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. We didn't eating there but breakfast was full english and good. The free WIFI was very good. This 'hotel' provides basic rooms in a pub which is squashed between a cliff wall and the A6. Lots of road noise in the pub and throughout the village. We thought it was over priced for what it was, so would suggest you only go if you get a good deal.
