The Bold Hotel    

The breakfast was lovely,the room lovely and clean and comfortable

The Food. everything was next to the shops for my wife. that's why We book this hotel. it was a nice hotel. it was good money for that hotel

The staff were very friendly and always have been all the years we have stayed there , the breakfast was excellent, we have also had the carvery a few months ago when we were over for a day trip that was really good value for money. I love the new look in the dining room it looks so relaxed and also in the bar area is very nice, in all we had a really lovely stay.

Shower was not powerful enough

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel both at lunchtime and for our evening meal and the food was delicious and good value for money.We had a lovely room overlooking Lord Street which had been refurbished with good quality bedroom furniture .

Please take out the leather chairs from the room-they were torn in places and spoilt the look of the otherwise perfect room.

can't believe it's only 2* much better than that Could do with more parking but I don't really think that's possibly. They provide as much as they can.

The room was ready to use 40 minutes after the check in time. The Cleaners were Polish and they were swearing a lot , they made comments about Customers while we waited for them to clean the room and beacuse we were polish we understood what they were saying!Rude and unprofessional. The Hotel was noisy.

Distance from promenade. Lack of parking facilities although were lucky enough to acquire one of the few behind the hotel.

Didn't like the credit card policy in the bar, notbeing able to either have a tab as a staying guest for a drink and dinner, or charge to room to then pay on departure.

The bed rooms although we're clean felt old fashioned and like a old people home.

The staff were very obliging , the rooms were clean and comfortable ,we had evening meal and breakfast , both were very nice and well presented . We were attending a wedding in southport and enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were lovely and comfortable. Nice flat screen tv. The breakfast was good too. The Service and Bar/Restaurant were friendly and good service. The design was lovely.The reception staff were very kind and helpful.

Taking money upfront, even though it was only £59.00. I like to pay on leaving. Its as though we weren't trusted to pay. I dont like that at a Hotel
