Fresh decor and extremely clean. Friendly staff. Good selection of teas etc. in room kettle-kit. Quiet and very attractive location with wide choice of restaurants nearby, and Earls Court Tube station 3 minutes around the corner. |

Friendly staff. Quiet location for a central London hotel. Decor in excellent condition. Very well designed bedroom which although small had everything necessary. Good breakfast. A real find for accommodation in Earls Court area. |

The hotel was easy to find, very close to Earls Court tube station. I received a very warm welcome from the receptionist. The hotel room was top class, was also impressed by the breakfast. I will definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone. Only negative would be the breakfast staff in the morning. There were three members of staff busy chatting to each other and ignoring guests when they came in. We had to fend for ourselves which was fine but for such an upmarket hotel, you'd expect a better service. |

Staff attitude - friendly and helpful. Room wasn't cleaned after first night. Bins not emptied, bed un-made.Bathroom window would not lock; heating ineffective. |

Cheap and clean enough It was a little cramped and the breakfast wasnt the best. Little outs the way as well and with the underground broke it was hard to get to town. We got to the hotel at ten in the morning after a 6.30 flight and the reception would not let us in the room untill 2 so we had to walk around in the rain for a few hour/, |

Nice breakfast,small, but lovely room. Staff was kind and helpful. Free wifi worked fine. Wind blowing through the windows, but with some creativity you can handle it (towels can be of help). Room was not 100% clean but was not bad at all. |

Bed was very comfortable, location was quiet even for central london, location - just round the corner from the tube which is great if you are a lone women traveller. Staff - really friendly and helpful - although one of the breakfast girls was a bit grumpy... Breakfast room is a bit claustraphobic as its small with only a single long thin window... |

The hotel was ideally placed for exhibiting or visiting Earls Court and for evening dining locally. I like a bath and the room did not have one. Also the corridors were a bit claustrophopic, although my room size was great. |

I've been here before, and i'd stay again. It was refurbished earlier this year so everything is in great condition. Comfortable bed. The continental breakfast is satisfactory. They let me check in at 1300. 2 minute walk from the tube. I'd rate the hotel 8/10. The restaurant is very busy at breakfast time. The shower could be a little stronger, and the toilet is very close to the wall. A larger person may struggle! |

comfortable newly renovated, but room too small.nicely decorated and well equipped.Breakfast good but not particularly hot.good location for metro etc.Staff friendly, helpful and polite.Good airconditioning. Breakfast room inadequate for the amount of people requiring to use it .People had to wait and once inside you could hardly move and it made the job for staff very difficult in terms of clearing tables and serving tea. |

The hotel is ideally located about 2 minutes round the corner from Earls Court underground and there are a number of restaurants and pubs close by. Although the room was quite small, it was very clean and nicely presented. The staff were all very pleasant. Good selection on offer for breakfast so I don't know why everyone keeps complaining that there is no bacon. There's more to life than bacon. If I had one tiny little gripe, and it is only tiny, it would be that the mattress was a bit too soft. |

The staff was exceptionally friendly for London. Internet connection was free and easy. Location was as convenient as could be imagined. And quiet. Nothing I can recall. |

The hotel has been modernised and is very contemporary. Small and friendly. Would definetely stay there again, hope you have family rooms. There was everything at the breakfast buffet besides bacon.....and my 12 yr old loves bacon........! It is an essential part of the British Breakfast after all! But the staff at breakfast were very welcoming and friendly especially the Australian girl. The reception staff were patient and helpful with my enquiries too. Nothing was too much trouble. |

The friendliness of the reception staff and the refurbished accommodation. The room was fairly awkward for 2 people to move arouns in due to sloping ceiling and where the tv was mounted. |
