Score from 777 reviews Very good
The location was the best aspect of this hotel.
The room was pokey, with barely enough room to move. The furnishings (fabric and furniture) old and tired-looking. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was ok but the room had obviously seen better days. it was poor value for money and it was obvious that location only (Earl's Court) was what I was paying for. Will not stay there again.
Location, staff, breakfast
The space - public space as well as the room - is a little bit small, but it is completely understandable in London. On the other hand, all staffs are very helpful and kind, and the room is very clean and cosy.
Location is superb, the underground tubes are less than 5 min away from the hotel. Friendly staff
very noisy airconditioning, basement room, beds were very small and way too soft... very small hallways, staircases and elevator. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. We found it to be more like a 3 star hotel instead of a 4 star...
Despite the room being small it was well appointed The shower was excellent
Bathroom was small
Room was clean and modern. Location was excellent. We traveled with a baby and the hotel provided a nice cot.
Elevator was very very tiny.
The location close to Earls Court tube station is ideal. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet. Wi-fi was excellent. Breakfast was delicious!
The rooms are very small. The bed was comfortable but short. Anyone over 6 feet tall would struggle to stretch out without their feet poking out the bottom of the bed! In the tiny bathroom you have to sit on the toilet to use the sink and mirror!
Really liked the fact that the hotel is so central and easy to access.
Didn't like the fact that my room was not made despite me placing that warning on the door.
Booking request for a room in upper floor and quite loction was not accepted at the first day (but cjanged on the second day)
Problems with wi fi
Reception could look more modern at a push, but staff were great
Good standard of cleanliness. Staff were friendly.
The room was extremely compact cibsudering the price was quite high. Small box rooms should be optional with a reduced rate. There was a constant sewage/water smell-is this because our room was in the basement? Breakfast room service was not on time, selection was very poor, I.e cold croissant no butter no jam. Wi-fi was very weak-was this because we were in the basement?
The location was good close to tube
There was no bar at the Hotel and the breakfast area was so small, I was asked to come back later as there was no room to be seated. The lift was very small lucky to get two people in
The room had everything you need, the area was quiet and close to tube. Everywhere was really clean. Breakfast was really nice. Good value for money
Room was a bit on the small side and we were on the lower ground floor which was a little dark.
Great for a base for the carnival and close to Kensington. Good food near to the hotel and only two minutes from the underground station.
Everything apart from the toilet position... which gives a very BIG BUT to my recommendation
Just 21cm (short edge of an A4 piece of paper) from front edge of toilet bowl to wall... measure that distance and think about how your knees would fit!! Do not book room 403 and check your toilet before you accept any room on arrival!
Had a sleepless night the room had a noise of running water through it all night and the part ion walls must be very thin as the person next door could be heard snoring all night Not a pleasant nights stay
Great location just around corner from tube. Great value deal. Free wifi. Very clean. Got deal of £89 per night for 2 people including breakfast and £10 oystercard - incredible value for London
Room small, but wouldn't expect any more for the good deal we got.
The location cannot be beat. This was a great value for the money. We found the service friendly and the daily breakfast satisfying. The room was a bit smaller than expected (and I expected a small room) but overall I'm happy and would stay here again.
Very small room Needed a new wifi password every 24 hours
Location was excellent so close to Earl's Court tube station. Very clean and comfortable.
Only one gripe- we asked for some fresh milk and it still hadn't been brought to our room after 45 minutes. We went out and it had appeared when we returned.
We loved the location (only minutes walk to earls court tube where there is a direst tube to heathrow so minimal stairs and only about 30 to 40 mins journey time), cleanliness and amenities, everything was in good condition and bed very comfy so good nights sleep
room was exceptionally small but ok for a few days stay and it had everything you need plus when you factor in the price and location it was a fair deal, would recommend and will return
I was satisfied with everything except one thing.
We complained about the air condition being to loud and the reception people told me they would fix but didn't.
Great Location For a good price.
Room was cleanish but the chair in there was horribly dirty looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 20 years
The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
