Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The room was cold. The heating had been turned off, but there was a portable heater supplied, so not a huge issue.

Great location for cycling weekend in Scottish Borders. Good roads and facilities for bike storage. Also, plenty of good pubs and places to eat within walking distance in the centre of Moffat. Room a bit small, but that's what I booked! Other larger rooms are available

Everything - Owners very friendly and helpful, spotless room and excellent breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more for an overnight stay. Would def go there again if in Moffat Stairs might have been a problem for some guests Toilet made a strange noise when flushed

My partner and I stopped here for one night to break up a journey from Western Scotland to England. We had previously stopped in Moffat (not overnight) whilst driving up to Scotland and it really is a lovely little town only a mile off the A74M and much preferable to Gretna in my opinion. For this reason we decided to spend the night here this time round. I chose the Bed and breakfast based on positive reviews. It is centrally located on Moffat's excellent little high street. The owner Paul and his wife were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Our room (number 8) was clean, comfortable and spacious and the shower was very good. Breakfast was amazing! More than filled us up for the whole morning! I would recommend this B&B and also Moffat as either a short break destination or a hand stop off when driving further north in Scotland.
