Good sized clean rooms. Nice clean up to date bathroom Excellent central location for Bradford Helpful, friendly staff
The evening menu was a bit limited, but with lots of good restaurants close by this does not detract from the overall quality of the hotel
Comfy bed Wifi very fast Great value Staff friendly
braekfast was just ok lots of improvement is possible
lack of atmosphere in dining room not ideal for a romantic dinner with your loved one
lighting not working in bath Carpet very old and stained Not enough glasses for a drink
Lack of toilet brush in en-suites
BREAKFAST THE STAFF EXCELLENT,.A CREDIT TO THE HOLTEL
ROOMS NEED A RE-FURB SINK DIRTY ON ARRIVAL (HAIR&TOOTHPASTE)
Rooms lovely, bar great, parking reasonable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Reception staff were fantastic, but housekeeping staff were very noisy. We were staying in Bradford for a music festival, so were not exactly early risers, but surely a "do not disturb" sign on the door should give an indication that having loud conversations and banging the linen cupboard doors would perhaps not be appreciated?!
Peeling paint, stained carpets, filthy mirrors, lost resservations, moronic staff who can't pour a round of drinks let alone put a bill together and not manage to over charge!
We missed the breakfast and Melissa was kind enough to speak to the chef to see if they could find us some late breakfast. and she succeed in doing so. Massive thank you to Melissa please pass it on to her.
Perfect for the city centre, very polite and helpful staff we stay there when ever in bradford
Hotel in centre of bradford
Hotel did not know we were coming but they had a room and staff were excellent. I have used booking . com for a while now but never felt so embarrised but can't praise hotel staff. Sorted the problem . I did not know hotel had changed its name either
-Position in the centre of Bradford -Close to restaurants -Nice rooms and reception area
-Expensive breakfast: We didn't take it. They have excellent breakfast in the bubs around or at Costa caffé -Expensive drinks in the hotel bar, and limited range: 3 typs of tap beers, Guinness in cans...
Friendly staff,v comfortable bed, specious room Lovely full English breakfast (continental optional) especially freshly prepared omelette (6 fillings) Would certainly recommend hotel Hope to return sppm
Not a thing
location - car park next door
not the best value for money
Early check in available and checkout. Comfy beds. Spaciousness. Central, and next door to carpark and interchange. Near theatre.
Poor stocked bar. Drinks pricey. Slow service.
Staffs are ok. Breakfast are basic. Location is central.
It is taken over since last two months as told by staff. Previously it was Hilton Hotel. Carpets are dirty and smelly. Some room doors were broken and cracked.
I booked this hotel on the assumption that it was the Bradford Hilton. In many ways it was nowhere that standard.
The family suite room, it was comfortable and the cot was ready available.
The sink, bath tub in the toilet wasnt clean, also a couple of the towels had some stains on them.
Sheet on bed was stained
One of the best hotels in Yorkshire
Friendly and helpful reception Generous room size Good breakfast selection Parking discount
Smell of bleach in the room and corridors Cleaning staff already knocking on the doors at 0730 in the morning
Breakfast not included in the £80 rate
Great Staff, excellent city centre location
Drinks and meal prices- £28 for a bottle of wine you can buy in Tesco's for £5.99. Room wasn't cleaned on our second day of stay. Decor is tired. Showers are too low and old. Bath stained. Toilet paper used in Tissue dispenser instead of tissue. Double beds in standard room too small ( we were upgraded - Great Staff) Hotel needs a complete refurb.
The location and the staff were friendly and very helpful...
Since the hotel changed ownership.... prices have risen breakfast was very expensive and had got worse since my last visit in April...so I did not avail myself of any food......
Location - within easy walking distance of the whole City
Expensive Car Park
