Very comfortable stay, friendly staff, spacious bedroom, delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend The Bradley, Cheltenham.
Decor in the room. Great ambiance. Well furnished. Breakfast was good. Friendly and hospitable owners and staff.
We stayed for my wife's Birthday. There was great space in the bedroom, all the amenities we there with a fridge and period furniture. The bed was comfortable and the street was quiet, away from the main hustle and bustle of the city centre. We had a Waterfall Shower which was great. The breakfast was delicious - so much choice for a cooked breakie over and above the normal 'full english'. In all, I don't think I'd look any further should I need to stay in Cheltenham again any time soon...
Nothing - it was great!
All the friendliness of a B&B without the awkward feeling that you were intruding into someone's home. The hotel looks recently refurbished with a modern twist on a historical home. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay and would definitely book The Bradley again when we're next in Cheltenham.
No faults. It was great!
lovely location and beautiful room. Staff were really friendly and attentive.
Beautiful room, friendly staff
One of the best places I have stayed in..The Bradley retains it original features yet having all modern comforts with emphasis on comfort , my bed was sumptuous and with the Art Deco furniture !!!!!!! there was such dedication to style .All the staff were helpful and kind there was an easy atmosphere as if you were a guest in some ones home yet no one bothered you. Breakfast was great ,piping hot not festering under serving domes plus the table was laid elegantly !!!!!!! Location was perfect close to The parade ,shops, museums, art galleries, short walk to the Quays .There were lots of restaurants and cafes close by plus green parks for picnics .The Bradley was perfect, thank you !!!!!
The location of the hotel is great for access to the main nightlife and restaurants in the Montpellier area. The hotel itself is a lovely building and our room was classically decorated and large, the bathroom was very nice and had a great shower.
Only negative was the noise of the traffic in the earlier morning, we were on the top floor but it was still very loud.this can't be avoided I would suspect as it is unlikely that double glazing could be fitted to a building of this age and be in character.
Feeling like I was in downtown abbey. Everything was superb!
The location, welcome, room, facilities, atmosphere, breakfast, friendliness.

The ambience and cleanliness especially in the dining room where the staff were excellent. Great location also.
The staff were excellent, decor lovely , welcoming relaxed, comfortable but not over serviced. Breakfast delicious. Located within easy walking distance to city centre and restaurants.
Stairs could be difficult for some.
Good showers, lovely regency period rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast
5 minutes walk and you are in the centre of the town. Staff are so friendly. Breakfast and rooms are excellent. Very clean and luxurious
everything was perfect
From the moment we arrived to when we left I felt cocooned in another era, with of course an ultra modern touch where it matters, the bathroom, which was beyond perfect. Claire seemed to be the friend you've known for years but was so professional, nothing felt rushed or hurried. Just perfect!
Can't fault it
Everything! We stayed in the Junior Suite on the ground floor which had everything you could want. However, the sheets, toiletries and breakfast were outstanding and our hostess could not have done more for us.
Nothing, without doubt this is one of the nicest boutique hotels that we have stayed in. The only slight niggle, which is completely outside of the hotel's control were the seagulls which could be noisy if you were a light sleeper.
Fantastic service. Beautiful place.
Extremely friendly and efficient staff, magnificent breakfast, spotless and comfortable accommodation, superb location and parking. Very few places match up to this.
