Staff excellent, pub next door connected to hotel, car park, location. Bad smell in room 8. Had to move in end, luckily they had just had a cancellation to could move rooms. |

Staff were friendly and room was pleasant enough for the price. It was ideally located for a night in the town centre. The shower was rather disappointing - barely warm enough and not enough pressure. Exit from the car park needs to be more clearly marked - we used the entrance the first night because we didn't spot the exit in the dark. |

The room was basic but comfortable and clean. The breakfast service staff were very friendly and accomodating. The male manager was very very rude to some of our group. The hotel did not seem prepared for a large group even though i booked well in advance. Some of the rooms were not ready for the 2 o'clock check in deadline and the guests were told the hotel was 'trying to squeeze them in'. Overall we felt that the hotel was a pit put out by us staying there. The staff also kept telling us about internal issues they were having which i really didn't need or want to know about! |

The hotel is actually Brentwood Hotel. I had trouble finding it as Good Night Inn. The local people were not aware. I think this needs to be made clear |

Friendly & helpful staff, restaurant on site, well situated for surrounding cities/towns, comfortable rooms Hotel was good. Only other very noisy guests between 2.30 and 4.30am spoilt it. |

It was purely somewhere to stay while attending a funeral I did not like the way a cup of tea was served at breakfast, from a flask of hot water. It was the American way which you do not expect in Yorkshire, tea pots on the tables would be preferable. You cannot make tea with anything other than boiling water. |

Quiet location but not far from Rotherham town centre or Meadowhall Evening Dinner food faily basic but good vale for money but breakfast very poor at least 50% items offered on menu not avaliable |

Hospitality, convenience, friemdly atmosphere, silence, serenity, wide range of channels on TV, non stop wireless internet connection, midweek lunch club deal, Staff was not very particular about cleanliness. |

Very good value for money. We were in the annexe part of the hotel where the rooms aren't quite as nice as in the main building. However, our bed was comfortable and the room was a tad small but very cosy. The room was generally very clean but we did spot some big cobwebs hanging from the ceiling! |

We enjoyed the good choice and selection of food available both at breakfast and in the bar/resaurant area and reasonable prices No sign visible for Good Night Inn.So hard to find unless you know it's called Brentwood Hotel.Stone paving slab outside main entrance very slippy.Main door into accomodation area stuck shut and when forced open it banged and rattled very loudly,bit annoying. |

The room was very good, bathroom was clean... It was excellent, very quite, I got the best nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The food was excellent, very tasty and huge portions (try the steak pie) even breakfast was good, I highly reccommend this hotel Nothing negatiive to report, I enjoyed my stay..... this hotel is excellent and great value. |

Stayed one night, enjoyed the evening, 10 mins from Sheffield Arena, although I didn't have dinner, prices looked ok (2 for 1). We were near the entrance, and it was very quite. Room was very good How people can moan about the price of the breakfast is beyond me. Well recommended. Thanks |

The bed was comfortable and clean. Other than that not a good experience Hardly any tea/coffee and milk, We had a 5 hour journey stuck in a jam on the M1 no facilities for food as the restaurant had closed, had to head into town. Dead woodlice in the bathroom, Shower not working properly, people banging doors in corridor. Room Dusty on tops of pictures and light fittings. |

During my stay there, the internet wireless connection was not working. I asked at the moment of check in and was told me that the next day, early in the morning would be available. It happen the same the second day and the third day!!! So, the last day of my staying there, I changed the hotel! It was somehow irritating the answers that I got from the staff about this problem like: "...the engineer was working but couldn't fix...he will come back...., ...Tomorrow morning early may it work..". Even I turned in my room at 3 pm, there was nobody working on it and when I asked: the engineer will work during the night?...the answer was "I don't know"! I was wondering how the problem would be fixed early in the morning if nobody was working night |

The service and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food was good value for money, location excellent. Hotel room and corridor smelt exceptionally foisty, perhaps air conditioning in the rooms would alleviate this as the condensation in our room was quite bad and could not open the window as we were on the ground floor. |

Friendly staff, lovely building Was very disappointed that although we were hotel residents, the bar closed at 11pm - it would have been nice to be able to have a night cap before retiring. |
