The breakfast was great - fresh pastries, selection of fruit, juices, fruit tea. The rooms were very clean. I came to sit one of the most important exams of my life, which was 2 days in duration. I booked the room way in advance asking for a quiet room having read the reviews of the previous guests who were put in rooms overlooking a busy street. So I came a day before the exam to check in and do the final revision. The guy who checked me in put me in a room over a ventilator! There was a constant low-pitched noise of moderate intensity coming from outside, I thought I would go crazy within a few minuttes of staying in that room. I went down to the reception asking if I could possibly be moved to another room so that there is no constant noise, and the guy said it was possible, however he has to wait until the manager comes back and suggested I wait in the room. After more than 4 hours of waiting I realized nothing was happening so went down again to check, the receptionist who checked me in was gone without saying anything to the manager who was there and helped me to move to another room, which was overlooking a busy street, however compared to the noise of the ventilator this was heaven!

Helpful staff - my case was carried up to my room. Prompt and polite service in the dining room Initially was given incorrect user name and password to wi-fi but other staff quickly sorted that. Toilet seat was broken.

The Brewers Inn was an amazing place to stay. The rooms were so modern and comfortable, and the bathrooms (recently re-done I think) were lovely. The staff is incredible and will help you out with any question or concern that you have. I completely recommend the Brewers Inn to anyone coming for a London weekend or in the city for business!

The Staff were very helpful. The room was ok and clean except for the carpet which was shabby and stained. The centre light only had one bulb working out of 5 and the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. Apart from that it was ok, just expensive.

It was in a good location for what we wanted, staff were friendly and helpful and the food (breakfast) was good. It was very noisy at night, being located on a busy intersection, and, although the overall standard of cleanliness was very good, the bath had not been properly cleaned.

Friendly staff and all amenities; rooms were cleaned when we wanted them cleaned; excellent food in comfortable dining room. So noisy outside!!!!! Not even the double glazing can diminish the appalling traffic noise all through the night! The decor in the hotel area is all a little tired (to be fair, it is an old historic building) but everything worked.

Wonderful staff, nice traditional pub with classic pub-grub, very comfortable, large room with desk, spotless bathroom. Staircase and corridors rather tatty - could do with redecorating.
