The breakfast, the staff and the facilities. Some items were missing from the room when we initially arrived - soap and loo roll but were quickly replaced after speaking to the manager. It was expensive for what it was but then again, it is London.

Good location. Food available all day long.Comfortable bed. Good breakfast choice. Dinner menu a bit uninspired. Lamb I had bit under cooked could be better presented.

The Brewers Inn is a perfect place if you want to feel like you are part of London. We are from the usa and wanted to stay local. This place is it. The staff is fantastic! We quickly became known as "the girls" and we loved it. They helped us plan our excursions in the mornings and were there in the evenings to welcome us back. They wanted to make sure we found what we wanted in London. And the food...oh my...real British food and plenty of it. The Chef is amazing... and custom breakfast as part of the fee...it couldn't get better. Make sure you try the red onion marmalade with the sausages. It is beyond good. The Inn is quite lovely, spotlessly clean and just what I thought of when I went looking for a local place full of character/ Why would I ever want one of those places that have no heart and soul. Took us a while to figure out the local transportation system. But that was because we are from Tennessee and have no mass transit. Talked with the manager and she is going to put together some maps and information on the bus routes from the hotel and the train and tube stations so close you don't need a car.

Location: close to the shopping center (5min), bus stop (2min) and a train station (5-10min walk). Food: downstairs food is reasonably priced and good. They also have a decent whisky and beer selection. Can't open windows - no fresh air. Air conditioning didn't help much Building shakes. Literally. There's a busy downhill street passing the hotel and it shakes when a truck or a bus goes by.

The Brewers Inn is a jewel in the crown, a real find. Will return when next in London. Loved the luxurious bedroom and en suite, great pub atmosphere, of course very tasty beer, gourmet bar food, extremely friendly staff, the best full english breakfast in London. My compliments to Youngs and the people who made my stay an enjoyable one.

Great pub and restaurant for dinner. Terrible breakfast, really noisy room, and without a doubt the worst hotel bed I've ever slept in. Totally worn through, no support at all.curtains let light through, hardly any sleep. Called after stay about some lost property, call no returned. This is a shoddy outfit , well out of keeping with the pub.

The staff were efficient while still being friendly. The en suite was spotless. The noise from the main road. Unavoidable from my room but annoying.

The location for me, was very convenient. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast menus had a lot to choose from, and the meals were always well presented and nice and hot. The Brewers Inn is situated on a busy street, but the windows were double glazed and noise was not a problem. the only thing that I found uncomfortable was the pillows. There were three in my room, but none of them were very comfortable (for me )

The breakfast was fresh and good quality. I booked The Brewers Inn as a last minute room and felt it expensive when book. Nothing during my stay made me change my mind, £99 was not a fair price for the single room I had.
