The Manageress was very professional. Nothing was too much trouble. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay at the Briarcroft. Excellent value for money.
Room was very comfortable
The smallest shower I have ever been in!
The bed was very comfortable, I generally don't sleep well in strange beds but I had two good nights sleep.
I like all...
Good clean rooms
Very little Contact with staff Shower poor Rooms require updating Location for food very poor after long shifts
We used this hotel for a few weeks for an employee working in the area. Fantastic friendly hotel and so much better than the chain hotels. Will use again if working in the area.
Would not be flexible with breakfast time, so weren't able to stay
Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommend to other people. The little extras in the room were an added bonus. Will be going back in November.
Nothing comes to mind!
friendly owner and nice little bathroom goodies!
too small bedroom with grubby carpet! where did they get those awful sausages for breakfast! cheap food that would warrant charging less than we paid.Cant believe we paid more for this night in Goole than in other classy hotels in Yorkshire!
The simple little extras in your room, Bottled drinking water. biscuits and extra milk for your tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Rooms are clean and comfortable but do require up-dating.
shower was very small with no power to the water supply.
Very clean room with all the facilities you could imagine. Breakfast was lovely too.
Room was very ...."compact" so although it was nice, I wouldn't like to stay for more than one night.
Clean, nicely decorated, lovely staff and a great breakfast
Room was a bit small and no air con (we did have a window which our friends did not!)
Very well equiped rooms and entertainment in house(theatre)
Carrying heavy suitcase up stairs
Excellent service, room quality and cleanliness. I have recommended to people, and shall be frequenting the hotel when I need to visit Goole.
Breakfast was good.
Toilet didn't work well.
Quiet location, felt we could come and go as wish, any time. The staff were very friendly but not intrusive
No de-caf tea or coffee available in the rooms, although was served at breakfast.
lack of windows and bath
Decent sized room.
Not being shown up to our room, not being helped up with our luggage, not having any breakfast because our host was not prepared to change the time of breakfast a little to accommodate our needs. The shower, poor flow.
The staff was very polite and helpful, we liked the cleanliness all round and decor in good state, a good size and variety of food for breakfast access to come and go as you please, nice size bathroom with with toiletries,
The room was too small to be a double room. you could feel springs in your back so had to pad it out with towels. No food or snack facilities available in the evening and no info of local take away in area to get delivery. also price was too high should be more around £45- £50 a night. definitely not £65.
Marmalade and jam in small plastic pots.
The breakfast in the "Morning Room" was fantastic. Staff was nice and helpful
Very clean and friendly.
Suberb standard for price. Excellent facilities
Very friendly staff, great breakfast.
Location was in a suburban street.
