Driving along the road looking for this hotel we passed a number of lovely buildings and my partner secretly wished we could stay at 'that one'. She was so pleased when I pulled into the driveway! A clean, warm hotel, excellently located for Heathrow - the price for 1 night included 14 days parking, though I did not need this facility. There is a full kitchen for guests to share and use, which could be very useful if you were staying a few days, not wanting to eat out all the time. Some of the worlds best Indian food is available in the locality. Host was a tad grumpy and the room was bijou/compact but the hotel did its job perfectly.

The property was very neat & well maintained. The kichen facilities we upto the mark. The Owner of this property, Mr. Sunny is a very nice person. Since I was first time visitor to London, Sunny helped me to the great extent in meeting my accomodation requirements. He even helped me in booking my air tickets for my weekend outing to Schotland. He is even a good guide about the places in and around London. I was touched by his care for his guests. And the manager (Raj) is a nice personas well, who takes care of his guests, and gives good inputs about the food and transportation. If either of the breakfast or dinner was available, it would have been more better.

Only the Free internet There are only 2 parking spaces and I was adviced by the one member of staff that If these 2 spaces were occipied, that could park my vehiclewkiht the wheels on the pavement to allow trafic to go trhough easly on the lane. Unfortunately , I got a Parking ticket for it !!!!! Also , some casual workers working at the rear garden had very loud music,if the windows were opened , you could not listen to the tv, they were also burning some of the garden waste thorough out the daya and the smoke smells came into the room, not a very good combimnation during some of the hotest daysin Sept/Oct. A railway lane run just by the side of the house, with the obvious noises!!!!

Quiet location in beautiful surroundings There were rumours about rats in the rooms and that made me nervous. There was a spider in my room.

The bridge house was clean, very quaint, and it was nice to have our own bathroom in the room. Very stuffy as there is no ac,it would be nice if they told us before we booked that you must go to a separate location to pick up your key. That was inconvenient.

It was only a 15 minute walk to where I was working and the attending staff member was always very nice and pleasant to talk to. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was grubby. The shower had a leak so there was a bucket permanently stashed under it making that annoying dripping noise every other second of every day. The room was so cramped. I knew a single room would be smaller but my cupboard at home was bigger than this room. The bed, wardrobe and fridge crammed into the room made it feel very chlosteraphobic. The other rooms looked better from what I could see. The "sky" tv was definitetly not sky... it was the 5 channels plus 2 cnn news channels. Also, the other people staying at the hotel were so hostile I never wanted to use the kitchen or cooking facilities.

Owner (uncle?) was very helpful with local information on transport, even if he was wrong half the time! Was left waiting 30 minutes to check-in, after phoning 30 mins before as requested to let them know what time I would be arriving, dark hallways, dingy basement room, dirty; pubic hair on hospitality tray, thick dust behind door, green gunge in toothbrush cup

I liked that we were isolated from the rest of the hotel as we were in a room that had been converted from a garage. I liked that we had a fridge in the room. Lots. dirty shower curtain, at one point we could not open our room as the door was locked from the inside. Too far from the tube station. Not much going on within walking distance. Went to a terrible looking pub nearbye but can actually recommend the jalfrezi curry. absolutely worth the half an hour wait!
