Score from 658 reviews Very good
Residential area, no road traffic noise.
Key pad outside needed about 20 goes before door unlocked. Further away from tube station that advised. Booking . com said £60.00 and had to pay £63.00 on arrival.
Clean, comfortable room with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
TV was poorly set up and of little use
Clean, warm, comfortable
No staff on site Noise from other residents, walls and ceiling not soundproofed No hot water in the morning
The hotel was clean, Shiv the Manager very helpful. I did have problems with other guests who were inconsiderate to other guests staying in property, banging doors, children screaming and shouting and running around. My ten day stay was filled with interrupted sleep due to this family.
I have stayed at the Bridge House several times now and have always received the most courteous service, and have wanted for nothing in my room. It is convenient for where I am visiting and easy to get to from the M4 (I live in the West Country). When staying in London I would always choose The Bridge House.
when we arrived we were greeted by a workman. The hotel was under going renovations. The foyer and common areas were building sites. Still charged us over $200au a night.
Bathroom was clean I was able to park my car
My room was right next to railway line so didn't sleep. Bed was low and very uncomfortable. Fridge made a loud noise all night and turned the water I placed inside into ice A serving spoon to stir my tea? Overpriced for what it was
Decor was nice.
Mold behind the bedside table.
Pleasantly surprised, nice welcome, small but clean and tidy. Only stayed one night to visit Wembley Stadium. Taxi cost £!8 to get there so not bad at all. Didn't really use the kitchen. Tea and coffee in the room was good.
not being told about the extra charge for using a credit/debit card. £4.95 or so was added wth no explanation
The hotel was very clean, excellent facilities and close to where I needed to be. I would definately recommend this hotel.
The kitchen needs more cutlery, very petty I know !!!
There summore faciltey
There is an extra charge (£11) for paying by debit or credit card. Bit cheeky.
The room was tiny, but clean and comfortable. Fridge in the room was great. The staff were really helpful & super polite. Overall, good value for money for a short stay - certainly better than anywhere else locally.
Parking was a pain - ended up pranging my car on a low wall. First impressions in the hallway made me a bit nervous (bit souless and shabby) but once through the kitchen and down the stairs it felt better! Little thing but the curtains don't quite cover the window - no leaping about in your pants to be had!
The room was lovely and welcoming, very warm and the bed was very comfortable. The room had been refurbished and was the best part of my stay.
The kitchen was not clean and very poorly stocked. No cutlery so decided not to cook my dinner there. Went out instead. The welcome was not great either. When I knocked on the door I was greeted with a 'Yes?' even though I was expected.
