“ Brilliant small country hotel with a cosy atmosphere, super friendly and helpful staff, nice restaurant with great food. Rooms had modern facilities and had everything one needed. Breakfast was fantastic , all served with Scottish friendliness and a smile. Will definitely be back to stay there as soon as we can. Also its "pet friendly" as long as you ask first. ”

A warm welcome from a cosy countryside hotel that was toasty throughout thanks to the traditional wood-burning stoves and fires. Well-appointed rooms with everything you need, a well stocked bar and great evening supper menu at reasonable prices. Make sure to leave plenty of time to enjoy breakfast - you won't be disappointed. The staff were fantastic. Slightly further out of the village than I appreciated at the time of booking.

Very friendly staff who try hard to please. Lovely comfortable room, nice and warm. Beautiful old building, nicely renovated. Nice food. Good kids menu. My overall impression was definitely positive so there's no point in mentioning minor quibbles.

Great location with cosy restaurant/bar serving top notch food. Owners and staff very friendly. The bed was not quite as comfortable as we'd have liked (soft mattress) but this was more than compensated for by the fantastic views from the bedroom windows

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent food. Comfortable and warm in sub-zero temperatures outside. Shower poor in en-suite. Not powerful enough. Quilts not wide enough for bed.

We were warmly welcomed, our room was clean, comfortable and warm (on a winter's afternoon). Service was excellent - understated, but very friendly. Dinner in the evening was a delight. Beautifully prepared and handsomely presented, each dish gave a delightful mix of different flavours adding up to a very satisfying meal.

The hotel staff were attentive and professional in all areas of the hotel. We enjoyed a drink in the garden before dinner whilst our boys played in the garden. We then had a delicious 3 course meal and wine, followed by a relaxing drink in the residents lounge whilst catching up with the olympics. Breakfast was cooked to order in the morning, the porridge was delicious. We had a family room for us & 2 boys, it was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was large and clean. The hotel had several guests staying but whilst we were in our room there was no noise at all from other rooms. The garden is lovely situated right beside the river, fields and hills. The surrounding area is beautiful. Nothing it was lovely.

A hidden gem of a hotel. Particularly impressed with the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. For a small village Killin has a lot going for it. Lovely walks in the area and golf across the road. The Falls of Duchart are stunning when the river is in spate (whit was during our visit).

The staff were exceptionally well trained and extremely helpful. The room was spotless and well laid out with loads of natural sunlight from several windows. The food was prepared freshly and the choice was great, something to suit all. Our room was approached and door was opened a few times while we stayed as there was room mix ups.
