Welcoming staff. Comfortable bar and lounge. Excellent breakfast.
Lunch was very poor. Disappointing after the breakfast.
Dinner was excellent
The lighting in the bedroom was awful. It was impossible to read in the room and in bed.
The rooms were ok but could do with some tlc. The location suited us as we were on our way to Cornwall. The breakfast was nice.
The location was good for us but the overall experience was not as good as other best westerns we have stayed at. The staff were not happy, the food was very over priced for what it was and overall it wasn't what I expected.
Close to the wedding we were attending. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Reasonable price. Comfortable bed. Free parking. Close to the M5.
Mould on the bathroom tile grout. Noise from the car park late at night - inconsiderate guests blasting music from their cars. Breakfast room too hot.
shower, toilet cover, cleanliness.
Friendly staff Good service
Nice and quiet even though on main A38 and motorway not far away. Reception staff very helpful and obliging
Politeness of staff. Food. Location for nearby attractions. Value for money.
Window cobwebs at high level in bar area. Also cobwebs(with spiders) in the middle island area of the dining room. Hence, cleaning marked as fair, that should be, excellent!
Comfortable and welcoming.
Wifi coverage was appalling. Normally wouldn't bother me too much but I was waiting for an important document.
Great location close to M5 and plenty of parking spaces. Good choice of food and well priced. Comfortable bed & quiet / peaceful. Excellent breakfast included in the price.
no socket working for kettle in room, not good no air conditioning on very hot day but staff kindly gave us a fan
Breakfast. Bar area clean. Food reasonably priced. Staff friendly.
Only one ashtray outside and overflowing. Tables not clean. Very noisy from main road with windows open due to extreme heat.
Food was delicious
No air con in room and bed and pillows not very comfortable
Excellent value for money. Larger room than I anticipated. Very helpful staff.
You could hear the traffic from inside your room.It was very noisy
Location Complimentary filtered water Good restaurant with decent serving sizes
Bed was a little old
location & friendly staff
shower performance was poor.
Very clean and comfortable. Excellent to have free wi-fi.
Bit of traffic noise in road facing rooms (we needed to keep window open as it was a hot night)
The staff were friendly and helpful and the food very good. We would be happy to stay there again. Thankyou - MW
Check in, bar area
bed was not the most comfortable i've slept in, in fact was not too good at all
No hassle, get in, retired and breakfast was plenty.
I did not leave until 10:00 am, by them the sewerage truck was pumping out the septic tank in the yard and the awful stench filled my entire room (Room no. 120) - very uncomfortable and my wife was feeling sick.
very convenient location from M5 for overnight stop.Quiet situation in little village. Good food. Would definately recommend this hotel.
