The room - a superior double - was big enough to accommodate a very large, comfortable bed and had tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast room and the garden were pleasant and the owners and staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is inconveniently situated 20 minutes' walk from Tenby town centre and the walk is unpleasant along busy roads. In keeping with the rest of the hotel, the room was badly in need of an update. It looked out onto the side wall of the hotel next door and was unpleasantly stuffy although the owner provided a fan upon request. It did not represent value for money.

For the money I paid, the room was very small, with only room to pass either side of the bed. This also made the room very hot and uncomfortable.

I was very disappointed with this hotel, could hear the people next door.Food was totally overpriced for what we got, and very average. The lady of the house was not a bit helpful about the facilities or information on what to see around Tenby, I got the distinct feeling that she does not like the place. Will not be staying here again,

We booked the most expensive superior double bedroom (room 17) as it was advertised as being more spacious with a larger bed. Be warned it was small and cramped and the bed was an ordinary double. When we queried it we were told it was the only room available. We only saw the owner when booking in and booking out. On the Saturday evening we dined in the restaurant. The food was very good but there was only one member of staff on duty to wait on tables and serve the lounge guests at the bar. She certainly had to work hard that evening. A disappointing stay and we shall not be returning.

Staying at the broadmead is very relaxing, and the staff are very attentive and polite. We chose the 2 course evening meal which we had the prevoius year, and was not dissapointed , once again the food was excellent and the service second to none. The room was the superior bedroom,of which we were very pleased,as it was very comfortable, and as we were facing the rear of the hotel it was very quiet and peaceful. The only thing I was not happy with was that when I booked online with my credit card for 2 rooms for us and our friends, my card had been debtited for the both rooms ,when we planned to pay seperatly ,so I had the full amount taken out of mine.

You recieve personal attention from the staff due to the low ratio of staff to guests. Although the bar are is small and quaint it does allow you to have a quiet drink in a pleasant environment The accomodation would be too old fashioned for some, if you did not like the menu on offer you would need to travel some distance to town, taxi's are quite cheap though.

We stayed room only for 1 night in a small double ensuite room, this also had tea/coffee facilities. The hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere. It also has a lovely conservatory and Bar. After eating out we came back to the hotel and spent a comfortable hour with a drink and chatting and borrowed playing cards from behind the bar. The Broadmead Hotel though not far from Tenby Town, we used our car to get there. We would definitely go back.

Quiet yet fairly central location with homely service & good english breakfast. Adequate parking space too. Telephone service from the room needs attending too & also the wifi service in rooms. A little later checkout time at weekends should be possible to arrange.

A short mid week break the hotel provided ourselves with a room only but as stated at check in, you could book any / all meals in advance if you required them. A quiet family run hotel with nice grounds and parking. Only a short distance to walk into the centre of Tenby. Will definately use it again in the future.

I liked the central location, approximately a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The room was very spacious and clean. The food and service was excellent and the staff very friendly. I would recommend it to friends and family. The only thing that I found was that our room was extremely warm, even with the heating off. During the night this was uncomfortable and a window could not be left open as it was right on fire escape stairs.
