The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and catered for vegetarian diet. The location of the Hotel was very good.
Rooms although clean and comfortable could do with updating e.g., Shower and WC.
Bar and breakfast waitress very attentive.
Bathroom a bit of a let down, cramped and shower difficult to use.
Location is good Nicely furnished inside Friendly staff
Our "superior" double seemed only so because of an oversize bed. The room itself was quite small.
Easy to get to and find. Junior staff were very polite and helpful. Plenty of car parking.
Rooms and interior look tiered, burnt myself on the hot tap in the bathroom. Food was so, so. we were not informed at any point there was a Wedding on the Saturday night until we returned to the hotel that evening to find the noise level in our room was by our standards unacceptable, so we went out again. When I suggested to the manager on our departure that it would have been nice to have known about the wedding she just rudely told us, it's a hotel what would you expect? Not what we expected for a quiet break away. I left in tears!
convenient hotel with good food but under different managment from previous visits and lacking personal touch. Staff excallent
The fact that we were booked into a room where the shower water flow was very poor with only lukewarm water available. Reported but told nothing could be done.
Whilst ad said small room - we found that it was an adequate size. Cleaned and tidied each day. Quiet area of Tenby, but a bit of a walk from the centre.
Booking was room only, which we only realised after non-refundable payment on internet. Breakfast would have been an additional £14 for 2 of us each day. It meant that we didn't actually get a proper feel of Broadmead or the staff as we went straight out from our room each day and because of distance from Tenby centre often came back late, having eaten out first. We didn't see anyone, or meet other guests whilst we were there. Think they have missed a trick as even supplying a continental breakfast may have encouraged us to stay around the hotel and perhaps make more use of their facilities. i.e. If breakfast and company had been good, we would have been tempted to stay for an evening meal.
conservatory pleasant to sit in
shower did not work, hot water scorching from tap
Staff were friendly and courteous. Food was excellent and plenty of it. Room was spacious and clean. Off street parking a bonus. 3 minutes from Tenby and beach by car, 8 minutes to Saundersfoot.
East European staff tried really hard.
Too far from beach/town. Generally a bit tired.
