I with my wife enter the guest house they want my visa card and photocopu I refused because my payment is already cleared in my bank and booking.com confirmed me everything anfter two hours discussion I refused and they want my identy I give my and my wife sejour copy after that I stay there why they want my visa card this is bad experience .If they want cisa card why booking com donot enter in the mail or internet after that guest house give the picture for room in the net everything is change there and bad condition wirhout hiter etc. I based my moneythere only I sleep in the nighr we are early morning out of the guesr house and enter late night because cleaness there.

Mr Monty and Ms. Suman was very helpful and nice to us. And the Boss is a very nice man. This Hotel is ideal for Asian people. It was very quite. The location is very good for Asian People.

Staff was execellent but the Boss & his son needs Great lessson in Hospitality...There was a fire below our Hotel & when I went to update him he was busy booking Cinema tickets for his family...he didi not hear or listen to me.....

Rip off! Filthy! Fire Hazard! Very very unfriendly! Never again! Very sorry we stayed there! Will tell others not to stay there! One towel between two people for two nights! Didn't even clean the room! Afraid to plug in the T.V. , due to exposed wiring! Lousy shower, we didn't even get to shower for two days. Room smelled like burned grease from restaurant below our room! Bed was covered with one sheet (not fitted sheet!), and on my side of bed, had cigaretteburns on the mattress! Avoid at all costs! Have pictures and witness to prove it!

Hated it! Didn't like anything about this place! Told all our friends how bad the Hotel from Hell!

The staff helpful and nice, the internet is running fine.

If you want to visit India without having to travel from Europe, the hotel is suitabl in Indian distrikt. Purely in the room, but very poorly. Horrible smell of stale food at the entrance. On the stairs a large suitcase you can to lift only sideways.

Absolutely disgusting! Wipe your feet on way out!!!! Avoid at any cost!

A szállást azért foglaltuk, mert a bookings.com oldalon a vendégház hirdetésében feltüntetett képek felkeltették az érdeklődésünket és az árat is majdnem korrektnek tartottuk. Érkezésünkkor tapasztaltuk, hogy átverés áldozatai lettünk, mivel a szoba egyáltalán nem hasonlított a képen láthatóhoz. A szoba sem tiszta, sem komfortos és nem utolsósorban embernek való volt. Az ágytakaró piszkos volt és a fürdőszobában két vezeték lógott a plafonból. Ami utolsó csepp volt a pohárban az pedig egy egér vagy valamilyen rágcsáló szőnyeget való rágása. Mivel nem voltunk képesek aludni és a hely gusztustalansága arra késztetett bennünket,hogy másnap hagyjuk el a helyet és keressünk egy emberhez méltó szállást. Nem javaslom senkinek. Abszolút undorító. Felül kellene vizsgálni ezt a szállást.

Ik vond the broAdway guest house in 1 woord smerig !!! 1 keer en nooit meer. Aan de overkant van dit hotel bevind er een ander hotel voor minder geld en de kamers zijn 100x schoner!!!!

Das so etwas angeboten wird ist eine frechheit von booking.com sowie von den anbietern.

Cheap room that had a tea kettle and good water pressure in shower. It's worth the extra five pounds for a better room somewhere else.

No toilet paper or soap in the shared bathroom. The toilet was falling apart and the management were mostly stupid and rude. The door to our room was very hard to close and the lock didn't feel very safe. It was nice that tea and cups were provided but the cups were dirty with no soap provided.

The you have to ring the bell everytime when you come in.

Poor service and standard, but first of all they did charge us 95£ pr night at internet (380£ for 4 nights) but when we came there the price was actually 45£ for our room (it was a big board there with the prices). I asked them and they said that booking.com takes 35£ for their service and the price was 60 £ when I make the order. If that is true I will never use booking.com again if that cost me dobbel the price of a very simple room!! I am not happy!
