poor value breakfast- very expensive very poor shower
Birthday party buffet - food and staff excellent.
Request for wake-up call on morning of departure ignored. Half-hearted apology.
The friendliness and politeness of the staff. They were exceptional.
small room for price. shower very poor uninspiring expensive breakfast
Quiet, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. We have visited the hotel a number of times and it lives up to expectations. Breakfast and dinner were both very good.
amazing food very helpful staff they had soya milk!
Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Pricey for breakfast but nice food
Location was perfect for the business I needed to carry out.
Only one plug in the bedroom limits use of electronic devices. Even the trouser press couldn't be plugged in!
Most things were okay too good.
The service at a dinner was the slowest I have ever encountered. Implausible excuses were made.
No air conditioning, noisy front room,no continental breakfastj
No WiFi staff poorly educated about hotel service.staff have no idea about what is billing ...staff at check in time said no charges towards newspaper even after I confirmed twice but when checked out...staff is charging doebthe newspaper and arguing...no wifi signal picked up...poor response...just keep telling they will attend to it...never repaired ....biggest...no AC...never go in summer.... At any cost...
quiet, attractive garden
no separate lounge or seating area for residents only
That there was a private hallway in our room so the bedroom didn't back onto the main hallway. Considering it was an event weekend in Chichester, we still managed to eat in the dining room at short notice on Sat night
I appreciate it was Goowood weekend and whilst the hotel was nice, £500 for 3 nights was pretty steep!
conveniant , breakfast ox but expensive.
Very friendly hotel; excellent service and food
Nothing to note
ROOM CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. HOTEL IN A GOOD LOCATION BY ROAD AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT. WOULD VISIT AGAIN.
RESTUARANT SERVICE RATHER SLOW AND MENU A LITTLE LIMITED.
wifi not good as could not get connection in the room but once in lobby it was fine
Extremely comfortable room with all necessary amenities. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. Food choice and quality very good.
Would prefer a price that includes breakfast as most other establishments do.
The staff were excellent. The food was good. The general ambiance was pleasant.
The room was next to the road and was VERY noisy. The bath was ridiculously narrow. My waistline is not big, but my shoulders are wide. I couldn't lie back without caving in my chest - which was most uncomfortable! Although nicely cooked, I did think that £12.50 for a full English breakfast was overly expensive, particularly when there is just one plateful. (The Langstone is £10 and you can go back for re-fills).
Friendly, helpful staff
No extraction in the bathroom. Breakfast very expensive especially as my daughter only had toast, £9.50 is a bit excessive for 2 slices of toast!
as per the head line.. The phone wasn't working, i complained the first day, it wasn't fixed.. I literally had to walk to the reception to order food to my room every time.
The staff were helpful & polite, rooms were comfortable & hotel was well situated.
Thought breakfast was a bit expensive.
Nice garden and bar.
Shower didn't work properly. Would switch on/off randomly.
Very nice, very friendly hotel
Friendly staff, happy to chat. Only short walk into Emsworth. Easy to find from directions.
Water pressure from shower very poor. Do not disturb sign ignored by staff. Rooms looking tired, could do with refresh.
