Only one thing I thought the bathroom was a bit tired.
Everything was great and we would book again if we were ever over that way again. Beautifully decorated bedroom with special finishing touches. Great staff and fantastic breakfast, never got to try out evening meal but I do not doubt it would be lovely. Thanks again Michelle
Poor reception on mobiles but this is not hotels fault just vodafone!!
Nice room, helpful staff and a lovely breakfast!
No signal on phone!
A few cobwebs in the room. Just needs a bit of attention to detail.
Comfortable bedding Lovely views Free parking Nice staff
Bad smell in the bathroom Shower door broken Breakfast choice limited for vegetarians
The pub faces the village green across the main road but the rooms are mostly at the back so they are not noisy. The rooms are modern, the bed was comfortable and the shower good. Our bar mean and breakfast were fine.
Then room was very small and there was nowhere to put anything. the cupboard had only hangers, no shelves and the tiny table and the bathroom shelf were covered with knick-knacks and ornaments. The shower had a curtain instead of a proper door.
We liked the ambience. The food was excellent especially breakfast. Clean and friendly. Good location.
We did,nt like not having a summer duvet on the bed as it was just too hot
An enjoyable visit to a welcoming hotel/pub. In particular the food was excellent
the food was nice, the room nice, and location good,
Felt as if we were an imposition, and that the things we needed help with were very much oh god those people again,
Nice location, great food, good accommodation, convenient for trips out
Noise from a fan or motor was intrusive at times during sleep
The staff were lovely, we stay on at the hotel after 100thbirthday party. Later that evening we were having a meal at the hotel, the waitress who served us was overwhelmed that someone was 100 we was happy and very friendly as was the girl who served us breakfast.we hada lovely weekend. Would stayagain
Food was great Lovely atmosphere Very clean and well decorated room
Breakfast is excellent - full english, but very good quality ingredients. Rooms are tasteful and well presented.
Doors to room are solid wood, and hence need adjusting as they have warped slightly. Shower cubicles are also showing sign of age.
It was a clean place in a reasonable price
Restorant was disappointing Television was too small
Lovely room, great food and atmosphere in bar
Phone signal poor...but maybe that's a good thing too?!
The staff, the food, the building, the gardens, the ambience
Standard double bed, small shower cubicle, nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom and trendy low lighting too dark to usemirror for makeup
